Review: For the coolest part I really liked this story. I liked the plot at the same time I really think this television series is that amazing if binged. The manners are but developers at the same time the global building is that amazing as but. But, I did think that this book suffered from 2nd book syndrome. The story didn’t feel as enticing as the 1st at the same time since you’re reading the book from the POV of Crier at the same time Ayla, for you don’t get a lot of action in this book. The romance was also kinda short. Verdict: A amazing duology!

In this sequel to Crier’s War, we last the journey of Ayla at the same time Crier. Ayla has fled the castle right behind her attempt to decide Crier’s indefinite, at the same time runs to Queen Junn in a row to share than anyway she knows of Kinok’s plan of the Metal Heart at the same time the Anti Reliance Movement. Crier is that still in Rabu’s castle awaiting her wedding to Kinok, but she is that also aware of his plans at the same time wishes to finish them as but. If for you don’t understand all the details right behind the 1st book, the sequel does a magical job at summarizing it enough to jog your memory. The heart of the story is that Ayla at the same time Crier working to finish Kinok at the same time make the political issues between humans at the same time Automae. It has no one eerie similarities with today's politics in the global present. For you’ll really look the issues that the manners are trying to address at the same time have hope that they are able to succeed. Behind the outdoor conflicts that are facing our head manners is that the internal conflict of the romance between them. While Ayla at the same time Crier may have initially been enemies, they have gotten to know each other individually in the 1st book. Here, they must work to admit their emotions at the same time win the hurdle of a connection between an Automae at the same time a Human. Again, nothing is that rushed here nor does it feel very smoky. It ends up feeling like a very natural at the same time organic connection. It’s a sweet cherry on pinnacle for a queer connection in a global where sex doesn’t matter at all in affairs. If I have no matter what reproaches, it will that no one of the brand new manners introduced in this sequel feel just a little rushed at the same time practically undeveloped. I wasn’t really able to tell them all apart by the finish of the novel, but that were considered not abundance of them. The novel still does a amazing job at painting Alya’s at the same time Crier’s stories, at the same time abundance returning manners from the 1st book are also but incorporated here. I think this is that a amazing duology overall, at the same time a prime example of why no one YA trilogies should maybe barely be duologies to beware that “2nd book syndrome”.

Audiobook Metal Heart (Crier’s War #2) by Nina Varela
God damnit she’s done it again!!! My mind, blown. My heart, burst. I managed not finish thinking about this book when I was obligated to shackles it down for such meaningless things like take a nap or work! This was everything I needed the 2nd book to be, it was real on ’wage war for what’s right’, ’wage war for your girl’ at the same time ’wage war for yourself’! I have hope this television series lasts, but Nina Varela is that such an awesome at the same time enticing writer that she managed cross out me a to-do list at the same time I’d fall in love with it. The manners grew subsequent than they did in the 1st book, no one was got lost at the same time the inclusion of the brand new manners weren’t over the pinnacle. I cannot they say how I fell subsequent in adore with Ayla at the same time Crier as manners. The small stories Crier knows I wish as a standalone (get on that!), at the same time the method she crossed out this at the same time I was startled with how it went in particular the continue 100 pages when I had to text my comrade completely gay-booknerd panic that I barely had to last at the same time that ”I was dead” the whole time through the vertical miracle that was in these pages! Read the book, obsess over the manners, at the same time recount it all over again like I’m going to!

Audio Metal Heart (Crier’s War #2) narrated by Kim Mai Guest
I got through this in one day. Like the 1st book, I couldn’t shackles it down. I will they say I was upset with the ending, but right up to page 350, it was a roller coaster drive of energy. The reason I was upset with the ending was because it seemed more precisely deus ex machina at the same time everything that came after that moment felt somewhat contrived at the same time a little of a cop out. If the event between 350 at the same time 360 had not occurred at the same time things had been different I’d have data it a real 5 hit. I also waited a little more of a confrontation at the finish, or at lesser a little more of a struggle taking into account everything that had come before it. But, I did enjoy the read. The worldbuilding at the same time the manners are good at the same time I’ll try to not let my frustration with the continue 45 pages cloud my memory of the whole.

I liked the continue book a lot, but sometimes it felt a little stupid. I think this one rises above that in almost all ways, at the same time I look forward to reading this again in the future. As with Crier’s War, the connection between Ayla at the same time Crier is that the lifeblood of the book, the heartbeat. Valera is that a slave of writing romance, at the same time I felt myself unable to shackles the book down quite often. My only gripe here will that the ending perhaps felt just a little rushed, just a little anticlimactic. Still, it is that but one blemish on a book I have come to love. Very much advised.
