Review #1 Hex Appeal (Phoenix Chronicles #5.6 – That Will Be Demons) audiobook free On the plus side, any short story was its possess chapter so you can simply get between parts of the book. The register of stories is that below, along with particular statements. On the overall, I enjoyed the writing, at the same time found the narration to be professional, but deplorable. As I knew my wife, the narration good quality was like when you’re applied to working with a 20 year veteran contractor then and for you start working with anyone who only has maybe 2 or 3 years on the job – the rough patches that the 20 year men smooths over by instinct the younger pro is that still learning how to sand. The male narrators went just a little very far into the movie noir style for my tastes, at the same time Ms. Van Dyck spoke very quickly with a shortcoming of dramatic sense. It was more precisely like listening on impetuous forward. Ms. Hendrix reminded me of Tavia Gilbert’s irritating voice, but with a more unique sense of dramatic speech. 1) Retribution Clause, written by Ilona Andrews, read by Marc Vietor Overall: 4 Performance: 3 Story: 4 I think I’m so applied to Renee Raudman reading for the Andrews’ stories that no matter what other voice is that starting at a disadvantage. But, of Mr. Vietor’s two performances in the book, this is that the more successful. 2) Bigfoot on Campus, written by Jim Butcher, read by Jonathan Davis Overall: 4 Performance: 4 Story: 4 This was, in my opinion, the best performance of the book, at the same time while I wasn’t quite getting into the Harry Dresden disposition, that was more about the character’s archetype than no matter what fault in the reading or the writing. 3) Holly’s Balm, written by Rachel Caine, read by Jennifer Van Dyck Overall: 3 Performance: 3 Story: 4 Ms. Caine is that at the moment on my list of creators to inspect out. The story was quality, at the same time this was for sure one of the more successful performances by Ms. Van Dyck. 4) Snow Job, written by Carole Nelson Douglas, read by Gayle Hendrix Overall: 3 Performance: 3 Story: 3 I am not a movie fan, so a lot of the fri barely didn’t hit it for me. 5) Outside the Hurry, written by P. N. Elrod, read by Jennifer Van Dyck Overall: 3 Performance: 2 Story: 4 The reading on this one was so impetuous forward all the method that the only irony came from the writing. 6) How Do For you Feel?, written by Simon R. Greenish, read by Marc Vietor Overall: 2 Performance: 3 Story: 2 I think Mr. Vietor did a respectable job with a crummy story in this one. The writing was sooooo over the pinnacle scary that I’m wondering if it ever went through a true edit or barely got ran over through confirmation readers at the same time stamped ”quality to go” simply due to the creator. 7) That Will be Demons, written by Lori Handeland, read by Gayle Hendrix Overall: 3 Performance: 3 Story: 3 This was attractive much a ”meh” story for me. It maybe needs a longer format to flesh out things like why the heroine is that a fairy instead of a fallen angel, at the same time other oddities shoe-horned in. 8) Cherry Kisses, written by Erica Hayes, read by Jennifer Van Dyck Overall: 4 Performance: 3 Story: 4 Ms. Van Dyck able to slow down enough for no one irony to come into her reading for this story. While that were considered no one troupe moments in the plot, the whole of it was funny. 9) The Arcane Art of Misdirection, written by Carrie Vaughn, read by Gayle Hendrix Overall: 4 Performance: 3 Story: 4 Set in the Kitty Norville universe, this tales knows more about the day to day adventures of Odysseus Grant, at the same time is that right up to Ms. Vaughn’s usual standards of good quality story crafting.

Review #2 Hex Appeal (Phoenix Chronicles #5.6 – That Will Be Demons) audiobook streamming online I enjoyed almost all of the stories in this anthology immensely. It’s additional no one television series of books to my to read list. I really enjoyed the story Holly’s Balm that revisited manners from Strange Brew. The narrators did a quality job at the same time I did like the fact that all the stories weren’t read by similar personality. I think I’ll for sure be re-listening to this anthology at no one fri because I do adore short stories.

Review #3 Audiobook Hex Appeal (Phoenix Chronicles #5.6 – That Will Be Demons) by Carrie Vaughn Erica Hayes Ilona Andrews Jim Butcher P. N. Elrod – creator/editor Rachel Caine Simon R. Greenish I have read these creators personally at the same time at the moment in a book of shorts – they glow! I would advise this anthology to no matter what who wish a quality heed, at the same time in particular if you want quicker bites for short commutes or…

Review #4 Audio Hex Appeal (Phoenix Chronicles #5.6 – That Will Be Demons) narrated by Gayle Hendrix Jennifer Van Dyck Marc Vietor this was deplorable, 3 of these people are in the middle my contributors at the same time I have read no one of the others. they barely didn’t work for me
