Review #1 The Outstretched Shadow (Obsidian Mountain #1) audiobook free I have read this book (at the same time others of the television series) couple of times since buying them in paperback a couple of years ago. The audio version highlighted a few shortcomings, such as the overly-long descriptions (in particular of the various antagonists) at the same time the very smoky 1st one half of the book. Susan Ericksen, but, is that a mind-blowing narrator, at the same time I seriously enjoyed listening. Kellen is that exhibited as a youth who is that dissatisfied with his indefinite. Although he managed simply have grown up as a spoiled brat, he thinks about the people around him at the same time is that indignant on their behalf as he learns about various ways in what the higher sorcerers decide merit of them. One

Reviewer claims that Kellen acts like a 10-13 year old. I have two teenage men, at the same time I can only wish they demonstrated the good of concern for others I look in this disposition. Yes, he has hesitates, but I don’t look no matter what testimonies of the whining no one others complain of. In truth, being handed one shock right behind one more, being uprooted at the same time having to make major adjustments in his indefinite, he deals with it quite but for the most part. The biggest problem with this book is that the amount of repetition. In particular when Kellen is that musing over a problem, injustice, or puzzle, similar questions at the same time observations are multiple method very abundance times. It’s practically like the creators are concerned the reader will remember anything important, which is that unfortunate. I fully want to get the one more two books on audio. To beware spoilers, I will only they say that no one of the story arcs resolve very exciting at the same time surprising ways, at the same time that are enough plot squirms to keep the reader (or listener) guessing. Even with the from time to time too-wordy descriptions, the trilogy is that neatly tied together, wealthy carefully, with manners that have motivations almost all of us can compare to.

Review #2 The Outstretched Shadow (Obsidian Mountain #1) audiobook streamming online On the whole an enjoyable enough read but one gizmo bugged me no finish, the never ending self hesitate of the manage disposition. I get it, I do, but the teenage angst gizmo went on at the same time on at the same time received annoyingly cyclic. I felt it interfered with the pace of the book. The narrator is that quality but she has a smoky delivery which fails pick up high speed at the same time energy when the action gets going. It is that traditional genre real at the same time quality enough in its class.

Review #3 Audiobook The Outstretched Shadow (Obsidian Mountain #1) by James Mallory Mercedes Servant This book dragged me in to its strange at the same time magical global. I enjoyed the contrast of the two lifes Kellen stayed at the same time really the two worlds that was in the book, that of Amathalia at the same time the one outside it’s gates. I like how the creators keep for you guessing about Lycelons goals, if he’s innately evil at the same time greedy. Or if his apprehensions actually have reward. I cant wait to heed to the one more book in the television series, so delight Audible shackles out the continue two books in this television series.

Review #4 Audio The Outstretched Shadow (Obsidian Mountain #1) narrated by Susan Ericksen I seriously enjoyed this book…the reader is that good…the plot is that alluring. It was so good I acquired the 2nd one (hint: even more successful). This is that a very literate storyline, with but articulated manners that for you care about. Warmly advised television series.

Review #5 Free audio The Outstretched Shadow (Obsidian Mountain #1) – in the audio player below I greatly enjoyed this book. I was just a little iffy about the narrator, as I’d gotten applied to the one in the Enduring Flame television series, but despite no one of the different pronunciations, I liked her as but for the narrator. The story line was alluring, at the same time I’m more than ready for the one more book. I wish to hear more about Idalia at the same time Jermayan, at the same time more about Kellen at the same time his newly found opportunities.
