Reviews. When I 1st started listening to the television series, I was startled by the narrator. I had read no one of the books at the same time grew up in Colorado, so I was expecting Goldy to acoustics, but, a little like me. But I reminded myself she hailed from Brand new Jersey. Barbara Rosenblat sounds like it at the same time I have grown accustomed to her at the same time feel she has amazing transitions to other manners, finely nuanced, in particular voicing Tom. I would assign the story itself a four but the narrations is that a one. I really Wish bestow a higher rating to this book, but I cannot in quality faith. I Adore this television series of books, but will read others IN PRINT, because the narrator practically ruined the television series for me for a long time. She sounded so much older than I pictured Goldy to be at the same time had an awful voice, that of a languid, hacking smoker. (I had always pictured Goldy to be a bubbly, vivacious, Bette Midler type of gal, but not with this reader! At the same time, yes, the slurping, sucking sounds produced throughout the reading sidetracked me at the same time saddened me to where I practically finished listening. Scary narrator. Review #4 Audio Double Shot narrated by Barbara Rosenblat Book is that quality, I enjoy this creator’s mysteries. But, the lady who reads this book makes noise between practically every sentence. It interferes with the pleasure of the book. I would have rated the book 4 hit, but proper to the onlooker noises, barely 3 hit.

Review #5 Free audio Double Shot – in the audio player below I adore the disposition, Goldy. BUT, I managed not shield this reader. She produced awful slurpping sounds,,,at the same time she sounded so Old. I cound not compare her to Goldy at all. In truth I wanted to finish listening because she produced me think of Goldy as Old,,,smacking sounds,,,gravely larynx (smoker?) YECH!! Her voice recalls me of the old ladies doctor on the demonstrate Evergreen. Wow! I understand how important the narrator is that. I will be much more cautious in my selections. If she lasts to implementation this narrator,,I will read others in print.
