Review #1 Spellbreaker (Spellbreaker Duology #1) audiobook free I adored the global created by the creator in this story. Represent a semi-accurate Victorian Great britain where miracle is that true. The public upheavals that were considered brewing in the belated 1800s are on real show; class distinctions at the same time sex inequality were considered still codified. The creator is that guilty of information dumps, in particular when we 1st meet a main disposition. I don’t like this in fiction, as it gimmicks the pace of a story. I much prefer a novel to start off in the middle of things (in media res) at the same time laboriously world-build as the book progresses. That certainly managed have happened here. The wonderful global the creator has created is that a interesting one, but not overly complete. Two types of people have miracle, the spellmakers at the same time the spellbreakers. The heroine is that an unregistered spellbreaker. She comes intercept as a little nave but but intentioned. She wants to do the right gizmo using her inimitable talents that are not lawful. The hero is that a complete disposition as but at the same time a lawful spellmaker. The book really gets going when they meet at the same time make a pact; a little of a romantic nuance comes into play as but. I enjoyed the book once it received beyond the initial info dump world-building step. The creator has created a quirky, imaginative global with manners who are doing their best to work borders it. The villain was appropriately evil, making this a wage war of quality vs. evil that types like it will broaden in scope in the one more one half. Yes, from than anyway I realize, this is that the 1st part of a duology, at the same time I did look for the finish satisfying for this one half, but I’m certainly funny about than anyway happens one more. The creator has certainly tantalized at the same time teased about than anyway that will be. I acquired a free copy of this book, but that did not act my

Review.

Review #2 Spellbreaker (Spellbreaker Duology #1) audiobook streamming online It was okay. The miracle totally fell even for me….it wasn’t as unusual, intricate, or inimitable as I was hoping it to be. The 19th century London setting was totally unimmersive. It was not alive, at the same time I really enjoy ever since period. I did enjoy the mystery about about the stolen opuses, although the mystery moved very very laboriously until the third part quarter of the novel. (That’s the only reason why I kept reading was to find out who was behind it.) The 1st one half moves really smoky with only a few sparks of excitement at best. I found myself sleeping off a couple of times. The ending is that set up for a sequel. No sex, no gore, very small cussing. Unsullied book.

Review #3 Audiobook Spellbreaker (Spellbreaker Duology #1) by Charlie N. Holmberg “Spellbreaker” is that the 1st one half of a duology, i.e., a television series of two books. I think book television series should be right labeled to differentiate between a television series containing standalone but similar books at the same time one in other words really a single book hosted in two halves, joined by a cliffhanger. If I had read this part of Amazon’s ad, I would have understandable this fell into the latter level at the same time skipped it: “Those who enjoy almond romance, comfortable mysteries, or Victorian fantasy will adore this 1st one half of a duology. The cliffhanger ending will keep readers breathless waiting for the 2nd one half. So, the ad was understandable, if I had read every word. Aside for my dislike for izumi half-books, how was the story? The spellbreaker plan was itself brand new to me at the same time managed to an exciting fantasy global. The book started laboriously at the same time warmed up evenly. At the finish of the 1st 1/4, I practically quit reading. Neither the plot nor the manners had grabbed me more than a little. By 1/2 method through, the story had grabbed enough to guaranty that I would final. The continue 1/4 was gripping, in particular when it received to a Harry-Potter-like miracle wage war. If half-books with cliffhangers don’t strain for you, I’d offer s a 3-4 hit rating.

Review #4 Audio Spellbreaker (Spellbreaker Duology #1) narrated by Elizabeth Knowelden Joel Froomkin I liked the general plan of two kinds of sorcerers, wealthy spellmakers at the same time impoverished spellbrakers. Other than that, the story has a soothing familiarity of acceptable miracle global created by this at the same time other creators in identical books. The setting is that Great britain at the finish of 19-th century. That are maybe a few very abundance manners introduced first but once the story starts rolling it tilts smoothly although just a little sluggishly periodically. The budding romance is that a bigger part of the plot. It is that a 1st book in the television series but it does not finish with bigger cliffhanger. Bottom line: It is that a sweet escapist book, which, I reckon, was written for young readers but it can be enjoyed also by the older ones. PS. If for you are looking for more unusual thoughts at the same time options, I advise Miracle Bitter, Miracle Sweet tooth by similar creator. It is that focusing just a little toward sadomasochistic themes, at the same time is that motivated at older audience but the concept is that unusual at the same time the audio book is that best.

Review #5 Free audio Spellbreaker (Spellbreaker Duology #1) – in the audio player below I’m a gigantic fan of Holmberg; at the same time this is that a creative story. Chagrin, it isn’t her best.It seemed just a little rushed with not enough Plot or disposition development. I advise readers inspect out her other books. My winner might be followed by frost, but the 5th chrysalis is that also an enchanting read. I’m posting orally with Alexa, so delight excuse Capitalization Issues.
