Review #1 The Raven audiobook free I had a adore/hate connection with this book. I adore Sylvain Reynard as an creator at the same time wanted to adore this brand new television series but it was a leap. One I’m not convinced I can run across. This story is that both a departure at the same time a link to Reynard’s 1st television series which follows the romance of Gabriel at the same time Julianna. That television series was a straight up romance. This is that part supernatural, part investigative/mystery, part action/irony with no one romance threw in. The Raven is that the 1st book in the Florentine television series. The beginning of The Raven starts 2 years right behind the finish of the Gabriel Television series. This makes a plot hole that I look for problematic but it’s not obvious if for you have not read The Prince, novella which acts as a bridge between the two television series. The story is that very smoky in the beginning. One day I became so bored I shackles the book away at the same time counted not final finishing it. Even Reynard’s exceptional writing couldn’t detain my attention. The book focuses mainly on a disposition referred to only as The Prince, the favorite of a group of ghouls in Florence. The beginning of the book is that mostly devoted to explaining the governmental structure of the ghoul global at the same time several story arcs. The two head manners don’t really meet each other until about the halfway fri, which sets off an ridiculous adore/hate connection between them. They meet prior to that but the POV shift between the chapters fruits in time gaps for the reader which makes it harder to follow no one of the storylines. I adore the method the ghouls are done in this book. Reynard retains much of the classical lore with a few squirms which can be explained as the ghouls joyful an over exaggeration of their opportunities in a row to scare the humans into not seeking them out. Taking into account that this came out around similar time or shortly right behind a television series but understandable for it’s “glittering ghouls” I was glad to look that Reynard did not follow that path. The Prince’s age grants him more opportunities than no one of the others as he has had more exposure to the items at the same time has built up a immunity which keeps the ghoul race from being one dimensional. The Prince’s disposition spectra from concentrated violence to awkwardly blunt proper to inexperience, or maybe his shortcoming of a come in handy to be gentle, to almond at the same time touching. Despite the wide spectrum, any element reads as believable. If for you are wondering where the serious description of the Raven is that in this

Review, then delight note that she is that mentioned about as much in this

Review as she is that in the book. The head story arc of this book is that not the romance between The Prince at the same time Raven. That doesn’t start until the 2nd one half of the book as a secondary story arc. That are no one very touching at the same time but written sexual encounters between the two, but as a disposition, she’s only that to promote the head plot which involves several groups trying to unseat the Prince from his throne while he seeks vengeance for a criminal liability that happened centuries earlier. We only look things from her POV when that isn’t anything of curiosity going on in the Prince’s head story arc, or if it’s needed for the advancement of the head story arc. Than anyway I didn’t care for was the wide governmental system which took one half of the book to elucidate. I know that part of this is that because I believed I was reading a romance, not a government based thriller. That is that also an unrealistic back at the same time forth as the Prince both saves Raven at the same time condemns her. For anyone who has survived thousands of years at the same time keeps his riddles lock up he really self-tapping screws up over at the same time over with Raven by continually putting her, at the same time himself, in threat from not only other ghouls but also from the human militia at the same time a potentially giving her a psychological disorder. The tediously smoky start at the same time the fact that the story, despite being titled Raven, is that actually about the Prince I might have been able to forgive apart from for one major issue. The story doesn’t finish. It practically stops in the middle at the same time requires the purchase of the 2nd book to not only final the head story arc but the secondary storylines as but. Having read the blurbs for the 2nd at the same time third part books in this television series, it’s quite likely that the 2nd book also does not resolve the story at the same time instead requires the purchase of the third part book as but. I defeated’t be purchasing the one more two books in the television series because I have major issues with television series that forces readers to take repeated books in a row to final one story arc let without the help of others 2 or 3.

Review #2 The Raven audiobook streamming online “Cassita vulneratus” Reynards centuries-old Machiavellian Prince of Florence finds himself drawn to an innocent, raven-haired beauty whose indefinite he saves when shes viciously assaulted for intervening in the stupid beating of a homeless men. He wants her intelligence, her protectiveness, at the same time he wants her as a friend, a boyfriend. Anyone he can speak about art at the same time beauty with. But can he risk favorite her into his black underworld where ghouls have thrived for centuries at the same time whose inhabitants will destroy to keep their riddles? Once again, Reynard uses his knowledge of Renaissance art, history at the same time architecture, as but as his adore of Italy, to make a well-written, quick-tempered story real of supernatural creatures in THE RAVEN . He has misspoke he was enthusiastic by the poet Apuleiuss acc of the adore affair between Cupid at the same time Psyche while writing the seriesa poem in other words not very but understandable, but that he makes several references to throughout the book. The Princeaka William Yorkaka William Maletwas the eldest offspring of a authoritative Norman generic during the thirteenth century at the same time a novice in the Dominican order when he was reincarnated into a ghoul. At the same time hes been in possession of the principality of Florence since the fourteenth century. Part of the story focuses on Williams stolen Botticelli illustrations at the same time his desire to exact revenge upon Doctor Gabriel Emerson who purchased the illustrations from a prominent Swiss generic in a personal sale promotions, while the most revolves around his desire for Raven Wooda disabled American art restorer working at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. But the story isnt completely about renaissance art, revenge at the same time an unconventional adore affair. Human hunters are stalking at the same time killing older ghouls in Florence at the same time draining them of their valuable blood, while war brews borders the principality to unseat William from his throne.

Review #3 Audiobook The Raven by Sylvain Reynard I adored this book couldn’t shackles it down. Raven Timber carries a cane because she limps when she walks due to anything that happened to her when she was a baby at the same time she works at the Uffizi Gallery restoring paintings. One night Raven was promenading main right behind a party when she beheld 3 guys hurting a homeless men, but when she tried to intervene they started to ruin her, but then in one moment anyone came to promote her at the same time took her away. Right behind a week later Raven woke up in her bed not forgetting anything at the same time she saw that her body was different. William York is that a centurie old unhuman at the same time he can’t finish looking right behind Raven, but when anything tries to get her William comes at the same time takes her to his main at the same time knows her than anyway he really is that. Right behind wasting time together Raven knows him that she loves him, but when he knows her that he can’t adore her she leaves him with a wry heart. Right behind a month of not contemplating each other Raven enters her main right behind attending her birthday party at the same time is that izumi to look William waiting for her. William wants bestow her a birthday located but before he does he knows her how he really feels about her.

Review #4 Audio The Raven narrated by John Misha Morgan I was data a copy of this book to read at the same time

Review for Wicked Reads. I adore the sense of dispose at the same time the sense of history in Sylvain Reynards writing at the same time the method he captures Florence in this story is that beautiful. Even as the centuries at the same time manners blur, the town at the same time its art remain fixed at the same time somehow separate from time. That are abundance knowledgeable ghoul tropes in this story. The urbanized fantasy element of the television series isnt its strength. Very little of the worldbuilding is that unusual at the same time ladies are often reduced to weary virgin/whore/crone stereotypes. It took me a while to like Raven. For anyone with a PhD tasked with restoring no one of the worlds almost all precious art, her self conviction is that awful at the same time her opinion of herself at the same time her disability feels unnecessarily reductionist. I enjoyed her interactions with William at the same time I liked the method she became more confident as the story progressed. Shes possibly a lot of a vulnerable victim for me periodically but Ill withhold judgement until I final the television series. William is that a disposition real of contrasts. I enjoyed the conflicting parts of quality at the same time evil in the Florentine prince. Hes an rich disposition at the same time Im still not some I realize his motivations. He is that a more exciting disposition than Raven but Id like to look no one power rebalance in the one more books so they feel more like a matched pair than hunter at the same time prey. I adored the town at the same time the art in this story. I adore the creators writing style. Im not some about the ghoul lore or the connection between Raven at the same time William but Im passionate enough that I wish to immediately jump the one more book in this television series.

Review #5 Free audio The Raven – in the audio player below I will begin this

Review with; Im not a supernatural reader. I dont normally read this type of novel. So its all credit to Mr Reynards inimitable implementation of worldly that I graduated The Raven. Im not going bestow no matter what spoilers. The novel is that set in Florence at the same time the Uffizi Gallery where the Emersons Botticelli illustrations are on show. These illustration are stolen. Raven becomes a suspect when she is lost for a week recovering from a aggressive ruin. She was lock up to doom when The Prince found her. The Prince is that the fork of the supernatural underground global of Florence where ghouls only implementation humans not rescue them. The Prince finds himself lured to Raven. Plot/Story: Romance intertwined into the bleed global of ghouls as but as mystery at the same time interest. 3 Hit Manners: Healthy, exciting courageous. Raven is that independent with a prudent side to her nature that wants to rescue the global whereas the Prince has superior supernatural opportunities at the same time intelligence borders his ghoul global. But he believes in violence at the same time doom. 4 Hit Writing style: Easy to read at the same time follow. Mr Reynards enticing implementation of worldly seduces the reader into the story. 4 Hit Completely this is that a story of a supernatural global intertwined with romance set in Florence with references to the Italian Renaissance. The creator has big knowledge of the art works of Botticelli, Primavera, Birth of Venus. Descriptions of these painters at the same time modern clarifications are entwined along with the story of Cupid at the same time Psyche. In a nut shell this story will appeal to abundance readers, those who like the Italian Renaissance, those who like romance at the same time completely those who like ghouls. Mr Reynards creative sweet-talking writing is that not to be missed. I wanted to merit 3.5 hit due to the supernatural element.
