Chagrin this narrator manages to make every disposition acoustics like an affronted grandmother, apart from for Lilia, who sounds like a state bumpkin from the Charlotte’s Network cartoon movie. I tried so hard to look past this but nearly every line felt freed counter to the goals of the creator. The best narrators be able to imbue no one sense of the character’s possess features to the tone, at the same time this one simply doesn’t. Every disposition sounds specifically similar at the same time it makes it an proactive burden to tell who is that who. For the story itself, it’s all very alluring but takes so long to make sense through the cripplingly languid exposition, shortcoming of true disposition details, at the same time the veritable pressure of dignified manners. I think I’ll like this book more successful on a 2nd read-through. For sure in print.

Story so out of the blue at the same time strange. Very bad it’s wholly ruined by a narrator who should only read babies’s books. Seriously, she reads with the over hyperbolic emotion that for you’d implementation to read to your 8 yr old, but the content is that about pain at the same time blood. I found it hard to decide the words seriously.

Audiobook The Mirror Empire by Kameron Hurley
Right behind reading the wonderfully gritty Bel Dame Apocrypha (which was breathtaking) I waited a gritty fantasy The narrator had the wrong voices for this type of fantasy. She’d for sure be fine-grained for a cosy mystery.

I got this on the recommendation of a comrade at the same time I am So glad I did! It was confusing at first, but keep going & you’ll catch on. No one of the coolest awesome global building I’ve ever shown. This style recalls me of ASOIAF, but this creator is that more aggressive than GRRM (in a quality method!). I adored the array of perspectives– people of all (& repeated genders), disabled folks, & different cultures. Adored the inimitable manners. Five hit probably.

Narrator was horrible. Exciting global building, very bad it was ruined by crap one dimensional manners, at the same time a very weak plot. Very hard to get through, will not advise, will not last with the television series.
