Than anyway thriller prices higher than this traditional from Ken Follett? It is that beautifully written at the same time wonderfully plotted, in particular the continue 100 pages. The only past recording of the novel I am aware of is that an old one by Brilliance audio, a multi-voice approach. I have that one, but it is that more precisely routine correlated to the nuanced, attentive work of Samuel West, who is that completely good here–not an indifferently read sentence in the whole book! Namely, West’s pacing is that flawless. Penguin gave brand new voice to a handful of older Follett novels along with this traditional. Audible should do likewise–look for no one older titles that would similarly benefit from a face- or voicelift. Maybe the novels of Dick Francis or Rex Stout would experience a gallop of popularity with brand new readings.

I rewatched the movie version at the same time was enthusiastic to get the audiobook. Its a magical story. The movie leaves out method a lot. In particular the romantic parts. Real of strong antics at the same time irony.I barely adored this. My winner Follett probably.

I found this book smoky moving at the same time struggled to get through it. I couldn’t connect with the story or the manners. The romantic scenes were considered cringeworthy.

The story is that but written, few plot holes at the same time exciting from start to final. Follet’s novels share abundance features, from the medieval history television series to this WW2 irony. Like the equally quality Hornet Flight, this book centers around a pivotal event that influenced the final of the war. Like Hornet, it comes down to the courage at the same time bravery of a few.
