Review 4.5 Hit Oval To 5 Hit***** This novel noted the return of Jack Swyteck, the creators protagonist from his well-known debut novel THE PARDON [1994]. The creator hosted one half a dozen books in between, at the same time although this novel is that from a technical point of view a sequel it feels more like the implementation or kick-off to a brand new television series featuring Jack Swytek, his buddy Theo Knight, at the same time other manners from the colorful backdrop at the same time bigger town lights of downtown Miami. No one two decades later (2021) we all know how financially successful at the same time critically acclaimed that the prolific Jack Swytek book television series turned out to be. Back in the mid-90’s (at the same time but into the brand new millennium) I was renting stacks of audio books proper to a career that necessitated driving throughout the week. I found a dozen or so creators whose works I really enjoyed, at the same time I always scanned the shelves at the libraries for unabridged book titles bearing their names. One of these premature contributors of mine was James Grippando. In 2019 I read the debut novel THE PARDON (1994) written by 36-year-old Grippando, a Miami attorney. It happened to be Jack’s 25th birthday that year at the same time I believed it might be exciting to read the novel that 1st introduced Swyteck. THE PARDON [1994] was an best debut novel from an of course very gifted newcomer to the lawful thriller genre. I guaranteed myself I would last to read (in options re-count) the books in the television series in a row of their publication. I did read an famous standalone by Grippando in 2019 but did not follow up on my plans to follow the adventures of Jack. At the moment, a few years later, I want to medicine that situation. BEYOND SUSPICION freed a complete criminal liability fiction thriller that held back my attention from the 1st page at the same time it substantiated itself to be not only a highly enjoyable but also educational reading experience. It was perhaps more of a murder mystery at the same time whodunnit than a courtroom irony, but the narrative was also punctuated by scenes of romance, irony, at the same time adrenaline infused action scenes. Interestingly, at first turn purple than anyway I waited to be a lawful thriller from Grippando carried a genre designation as a Honey Thriller on Amazon. That misspoke, that exactly is that a honey thriller component which was immensely exciting to a reader like me who has a honey background at the same time has been passionate in diversified areas of the health field over the years. As anyone who forgets the fear of the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s I was somehow unaware of the popularity of viatical settlements. Viaticum was the Latin term for the Roman fighters reserves for fight, which realistically might represent the ending journey of his indefinite. Viatical was therefore an in particular fitting term to describe a type of settlement that foreseen a terminally ill AIDs victim money monies for an available Indefinite Insurance Policy while he (or she) was still alive at the same time managed implementation the money for expenses compared with their honey care or anything else they wanted. The viatical group of investors would essentially purchase the individuals Indefinite Insurance Policy for lets they say one half of its money value that would pay out at doom. The holder of the policy was a deceased promenading at the same time right behind the disease ran its course, the viatical group would double their financial investment at the same time money in the entire face amount of the policy. In theory, this was an enterprise born of the free market which actually helped the terminal patient at the same time was of course an cute at the same time quite lucrative financial investment for the viatical groups. The catalyst for this complete palm grenade of a plot is that Jacks contract to handle a Civilian Suit for his old flame Jessie. She had figuratively wry his heart in a zillion pieces couple of years ago but in the years that followed Jessie leaving him he had met at the same time fallen in adore with Cindy, presently his wife. Jessie is that a sympathetic disposition when she approaches Jack at the same time explains that she is that being sued in civilian tribunal for 1.5 million bucks by the angry viatical group. She had been diagnosed as terminal but later figured out that a misdiagnosis had been produced. Jessie is that quite convincing at the same time from Jacks perspective the variant types like a slam dunk, at the same time gee whiz, even his wife Cindy feels pity for the old girlfriend at the same time inspires him to decide the variant. He overcomes the variant handily in an amusing bit of courtroom action, but then later learns that Jessie has applied him as a pawn in an illegal insurance fraudulent to rook the viatical group of investors. That isnt a spoiler since it is that disclosed in the book description. So is that the fact that Jessies dead bleed body is that later found in Jacks bathtub. There are some subplots in this novel all of which are exciting threads to follow as for you look for yourself with a interesting page-turner. Parts of the narrative draw in the activities of the Russian mob, the Burgundy Mafiya which contains a number of colorful villains but also an in particular filth, despicable, deadly psychopath, at the same time if that wasnt sufficient also a deranged agreement killer dignified Fate. That is that action, violence, at the same time horrific realities such as the bad guys hastening the doom of their clients when they are not dying in a timely manner to money in on their policies. That is that the cultivating of disease in human owners, harvesting maral deadly blood from homeless, diseased donors on the street with AIDs at the same time Hepatitis, at the same time thats barely the tip of the ice berg is that this genuinely unputdownable thriller. Grippando substantiates that he is that adept at disposition development, misdirection, at the same time the reprisal of genuinely surprising at the same time ultimately shaking plot squirms. That is that Jack, his unforgettable sidekick Theo at the same time a host of other colorful personalities in this one as but. The topic of Jessies doom runs through the entire narrative. I am a stickler for understanding the reason(s) for a books title (in this instance BEYOND SUSPICION). The creator chose this remarkable phrase because at one juncture in the story line it is that postulated that Jessie may very but have instrumented her possess doom to look like a suicide in the bathtub at Jacks main he shared with Cindy. Similarly, Jessie managed have manufactured the boatload of damming circumstantial testimonies aimed like an arrow at one Jack Swyteck. In this case, The true killer is that beyond suspicion. Completely, I was to be honest dazzled by the creators ability to completely captivate me with this interesting rollercoaster drive of a novel, but also to izumi the daylights out of me by the ending only to inject a ending shaking plot writhe for an exclamation fri. A bigger part of Grippandos famous giftedness at the same time effectiveness as an creator is that his ability to underline such small worldly, at the same time as a reader for you are moving from one scene to one more seamlessly, turning the pages quickly while simultaneously becoming more immersed in the plot line at the same time the well-rounded manners he makes. In one of the editorial

Reviews, I read anything like that this book was simply a match for bigger names such as Grisham or Margolin or Lescroart. Let me they say this about that. I finished reading Grisham a Long time ago. Insofar as Margolin at the same time Lescroart, I like at the same time read them both, but the past is that inconsistent at best at the same time Lescroart is that not in similar league with anything I have read by him to date. This one is that a little dated, only the 2nd installment featuring Jack Swyteck, but it is that a truly gripping piece of criminal liability fiction, at the same time I highly advise it.

Review #2 Beyond Suspicion audiobook in television series Jack Swytek Adored the plot squirms at the same time strings. Truly interesting that several main players were considered confused as to who destroyed Jack’s ex-girlfriend. I was partner to the confusion as I followed the read – flipping from one disposition to the other. Written at a comfortable dispose, the reader journeys through disposition “mini – stories” that provide a deeper understanding of the head disposition’s role in this riveting murder mystery. But written at the same time highly advised.

Review #3 Audiobook Beyond Suspicion by James Grippando Viatical Settlements: A terminally ill patient symbols his indefinite insurance usefulness over to a group of investors; in exchange, the investors pay an immediate lump-sum money settlement to the patient, ordinary about one-half of the value of the policy. The patient gets the funds at the moment, at the same time the investors get the real value of the policy at the patient’s doom, in such a way doubling their financial investment. I never heard of viatical settlements or, until I read “Beyond Suspicion” by James Grippando. Jack Swyteck unwisely, as it turns out, decides to represent a past boyfriend in her variant against an financial investment company who acquired her policy when she was diagnosed with a terminal disease (ALS), at the same time at the moment wants the funds back because it turns out she doesn’t have ALS at the same time she isn’t going to breathe anytime soon. Jack overcomes the variant for her, at the same time practically immediately begins to see that the whole gizmo might have been a bigger fraud. That’s a amazing plot writhe, at the same time that are plenty more in store for the reader. Things are never than anyway they seem to be, at the same time Jack finds himself dealing with bigger inconsistencies than barely an restless group of investors. For starters, he is that immediatley implicated in the fraud variant, at the same time in the process is that alienated from his wife, because it types like he was in it with his past boyfriend. At the same time it barely keeps on getting more successful. I’ve always enjoyed James Grippando’s works, at the same time I think this is that one of his best!

Review #4 Audio Beyond Suspicion narrated by Ron McLarty …no one untidy editing. Specifically, p. 299 (of the general market pb) refers two times to killing the viatical investors. Uh, has that happened in the book at all? No. More successful than Patterson, no Lehane or Connelly, but I’ll read the one more couple to look if the television series develops a little more depth at the same time plot abundance. This time, in the 1st two Swyteck books, Jack has been the primary murder suspect in both.

Review #5 Free audio Beyond Suspicion – in the audio player below Jack’s old girlfriend Jesse Merrill tricked him into taking a variant where she scammed a group of investors out of one at the same time a one half million bucks. Jesse is that found doom in a bath tub in Jack’s main. Jack finds himself trying to keep from being indicted for Jesse’s murder. Jack starts to suspect the investors had Jesse destroyed for the fraudulent. The manners are amazing, the irony is that amazing at the same time the squirms at the same time strings keeps for you spinning for an ultimate thrill drive.
