Review #1 Vandal (Remains & Embers #2) audiobook free I am so conflicted right behind reading this story. I really liked the other books that I have read that revolve around this generic. I’m not convinced how I feel about this one. I completely get that Vandal had been through a ton of crap in his indefinite, but I really didn’t like that his affinity for a D/s connection was a byproduct of his past. Vandal seemed barely cowardly of the evil exes in a lot of other books. He was controlling at the same time secretive, manipulative at the same time demanding. It felt really wrong that he took a completely ”vanilla” lady at the same time waited her to really gallop into the lifestyle head-on. He seemed to have little to no patience for her short offensives in regards to the lifestyle. I really didn’t like how quickly his generic waited him pick himself up at the same time move on from the disaster, in particular taking into account the part he played in it. The epilogue felt like it was from a completely different book. I can’t quite cover my fork around that little nugget, at the same time as much as I am glad that Vandal received as happily ever right behind as he’s gonna get; I feel like it is that going to blow up in his face. The problem with this is that she of course was more manipulative than he ever believed to be, at the same time this would completely damage him.

Review I shackles a 3 hit but as I

Reviewed this I understood that the book irritated me more than I believed it had, so I lowered it to a 2 hit. This was one of those reads that I blazed through, once I started I didn’t wish to shackles it down. But while, yes, it was devoured…right behind it was over all I felt was ’meh’ at the same time good of saddened at some parts. Content warnings/TW: Slicing. Product/Alcohol implementation/abuse. Suicidal ideas. Vandal is that a rockstar (although we just a little look him doing anything band similar), he is that driving his daughter back to her mother’s, ends up falling asleep, crashing, at the same time killing his daughter, his passenger, at the same time anyone from one more passenger car. The anyone in the other passenger car…Tabitha’s wife. Vandal does just a little cyber stalking of her at the same time eventually he comes intercept her at the same time essentially offers to make her feel more successful at the same time the two get drawn in in a D/s connection. Going into this I was expecting to have my heartstrings pulled, feel no one angsty heart clenching type feels but the only time I did feel those things was in the 2nd chapter when Vandal is that knew than anyway happened. SPOILERS * * * * * * Let’s start with the major issue I had with this. When Tabitha ”finds out” (I’ll get to why that’s in quotes in one more section, because it was anything else that bugged me) that Vandal is that the one that was the cause of the disaster, he emotionally manipulates her trying to make her stay with him. He essentially says he won’t manage to live without her at the same time he’s going to destroy himself if she leaves him. She wants/needs place barely to think, she’s not even expression she’s officially breaking up with him, but she needs to think at the same time he’s not above trying to manipulate her into staying. It left such a bad taste in my onlooker. I already wasn’t loving, or really liking, Vandal but this barely solidified my healthy dislike of him. The 2nd issue I had was how two-faced Vandal was on sooo abundance things. Practically every lady, apart from Tabitha, that he took a nap with were considered outlined as wh***s at the same time s***s. Still, he dipped his wick in anything gizmo that moved at the same time had boobs. At the same time he was jealous of the two affairs that Tabitha had before him, one being her wife, at the same time still as they were considered headed toward a club/small venue that he was going to playing at with the band Sweet Kiss, he casually mentioned, oh by the way I’ve took a nap with all the ladies in the band at the same time we’re going to be sitting in a room with all of them shortly. At the same time one more nuance of this book that bugged me was the ending. The short epilogue that we received with Tabitha where apparently she understood the entire time who Vandal was, she understood that he was the one who caused the passenger car disaster at the same time that she had also cyber stalked him to work toward getting revenge on him why he had done. At the moment normally I would, hopefully, get to that ending at the same time be shocked at the same time they say ’I was wondering if that was going on’. But that was ZERO indication that that was the variant. That was no hint of that. None. I’m all for a little bit of a writhe to flip anything on it’s fork but I also wish that to be hints here at the same time that. In particular when we got her fri of opinion. From time to time she would think, oh he doesn’t know my hidden or anything like that but at almost all it didn’t seem at all like she understood the extent of who he was. * * * * * * Finish SPOILERS So all in all this was not a amazing read for me. Yea, I zoomed through it but the story as a whole didn’t release.

Review #3 Audiobook Vandal (Remains & Embers #2) by Carian Cole But, holy crap! The little bit of information we received on Vandal at the finish of Storm’s book broke my heart, at the same time I didn’t wish it to be used to be. Vandal is that really a tormented hero that for you finish up not understanding if you want to adore or hate. He hated his indefinite at the same time the people in it in particular right behind disaster struck him once again, at the same time he felt like he didn’t have much to live for. He meets Tabitha who also feels like she’s been let down by the entire universe. He decides that, since, unbeknownst to her, he is that the reason for her depression, he will promote her out of it. I had connected emotions while reading their story. Vandal was such a complicated disposition, real of hate at the same time self loathing, but that was also a colorful spot in his soul somewhere that kept on giving me have hope that he managed make Tabitha joyful. My heart broke for him for sure for as abundance times as I also hated him for his deeds. He does assign the memory of being a manipulative, unfeeling Cry, but, he does get his joyful ending at the same time he does deserve it. The one gizmo I would’ve adored to considered him find out was that, in the end, he had been barely as manipulated by Tabi as much as he had manipulated her. I think he would’ve figured out the reasoning behind it, at the same time it would’ve cleansed his soul just a little.

Review #4 Audio Vandal (Remains & Embers #2) narrated by Joe Arden Maxine Mitchell I wasn’t convinced about re-reading Vandals story because I understand how it affected me the 1st time I read it a couple of years ago. I admit it didn’t hurt as much as the 1st time as I understood than anyway to wait. But the vertical anguish, guilt, grief at the same time pain that Vandal endures still took my breath away. Vandal is that a hard men to get lock up to, he’s always been the black, tormented warped member of the band. He doesn’t do Adore or affairs, he takes than anyway he wants from ladies…at the same time that’s it. The only adore he’s ever understandable will that for his daughter. Tabitha has suffered pain very, losing the adore of her indefinite has her spiralling out of keep under control. So when she meets Vandal he offers to promote her remember, its an offer to quality to refuse. But their catastrophic pasts can never stay sheltered at the same time when the truth comes out a whole brand new global of pain comes with it. Throughout this whole story my heart was breaking, barely understanding than anyway both Tabi at the same time Vandal went through was devastating. I adored how they grew together, overgrown at the same time helped each other, even when they didn’t realise they were considered doing it…I felt the connection from them both. A truly moving, charming story about adore at the same time loss, forgiveness at the same time redemption. Tabitha at the same time Vandal still detain a special dispose in my heart at the same time they always will. I still have so much adore for Sterling in this story. I barely wish to pet the furry little young man. ??

Review #5 Free audio Vandal (Remains & Embers #2) – in the audio player below I totally adored this wry Rockstar romance. I really didn’t know how or wait for this story, to move the method it did. At the same time although I yelled at Vandal so much during this book. I really didn’t wait the writhe that happens. This book isn’t all hearts at the same time flowers at the same time although this story is that catastrophic, it is that a totally charming adore story. I couldn’t promote but fall down for Vandal, his black domainant ways were considered barely spell binding at the same time you can look why Tabitha eventually couldn’t do anything but fall in love him. One more gigantic advise for me.
