Review #1 Memorial audiobook free Bryan Washington is that of course a gifted writer a gifted storyteller, even. In Memorial, he has written an exciting story about potentially exciting (though not always likable) manners. I am anything but a prude, with a far-reaching taste in literature; but the numbing pressure of vulgarity diminished the impact of this story at the same time produced the manners come to feel one-dimensional I couldnt promote wishing that at lesser Mikes mother had been depicted with more dignity than the creator permitted; instead, she blended disappointingly into an indistinguishable connect with every other endlessly cursing disposition that populates this story. Review comments describe this book as funny, but it is that not at all. The two male manners do nothing but whine. The ladies disposition is that aggressive but not in an endearing method. The story plods along at a glacial pace with far a lot repetition. The creator has done a quality job of creating close to reality manners (hence, the 3 hit), but they are not exciting.
