Defending Hearts audiobook free
I really like Shannon Stacey’s books. I haven’t read every one (for example I haven’t read the 1st in this television series), but I enjoy the refreshing shortcoming of men whores, ladies in classical romance novel jobs (bakery, sweetshop), florid language, insta-love, unchanging repetition of how burning the other MC is that, at the same time billionaires. Her manners know how to implementation a computer at the same time a telephone at the same time often do as a part of the plot. I’ve got lost trace of the number of times I’ve believed “oh s***, step plot mechanism coming up”, but it never does because anyone thrashes up their phone or uses Google. I’ve even started using an app SS mentions in Taken with For you. Specifically, Defending Hearts was a sweet book. The heroine, Gretchen, is that working her generic farm with the help of her grandmother. Gretchen does the physical labor at the same time all the planning at the same time paperwork while her grandmother maintains the generic garden, cooks, at the same time knits. Gretchen loves the farm at the same time though the work is that demanding at the same time funds hassle abound, she is that destined to it. The hero, Alex, is that an merit win-win photographer at the same time part of the famous university football team who came to promote the city in the 1st book. He’s been all over the global on photo assignments at the same time takes pride in the fact that he makes people aware of things they never would considered on their possess. I would have liked more time inside the MCs heads, but if the choice will that or eternal obsessing, I’ll decide SS’s understated writing. I only have a few criticisms of this book. One will that the grandmother is that only 65 still is that depicted like she were considered 75. This may be a sore spot for me, I’m 54, but that is that no indication that that is that anything wrong with her. My generic members were considered all still proactively practicing law at the same time going to tribunal at 65. Gr only leaves the kitchen to involve, with the very occasional foray into the garden. She even talks about going into senior dwelling. WTF? The other will that that is that a timeline issue at the finish. Not a biggie, but it was that. Bottom line, I enjoyed Defending Hearts. The manners were considered witty, respectable, at the same time their deeds produced sense. I defeated’t read the 1st book in the television series because the romance sounds very identical, but I may read the one more as that hero doesn’t seem to have no matter what pressing reason to quit city once he falls in adore with his heroine.

Shannon Stacey is that one of my move to automatically creator’s, mainly because her manners are all so true at the same time believable. They not only have heart at the same time soul, but they are also very committed when it comes to generic at the same time comrades. I became so hooked on this creator since the 1st book she crossed out about the lovable but very rambuctious “Kowalski Generic”. Then I followed her when she started the ” Boston Fire”, speak about no one true hotties! But I didn’t finish that….I also read about all of the Alpha males in “Devun Group’. At the moment I am totally interested with this lovable television series “A Men Of Fall down” The gizmo I saw the coolest while reading the books in these television series—which happened to be very different form one one more, I might add—will that she always seems to look for a method of hooking for you right from the very beginning, then and sucking for you in this time, that for you automatically take the one more book in the television series because for you Need to know than anyway is that going to happen one more. Bravo to Ms. Stacey for giving your readers abundance, abundance joyful hours of total pleasure! One of the things I adore about this television series is that the feeling of have hope. This city is that wry, mostly proper to the turn in the economy. The Mill closed up at the same time almost all of the families have been struggling at the same time ferociously. No one have had to move away at the same time look for brand new jobs, while a few strong souls are still trying to hold on as best that they can. At the same time I reckon whole heartedly that they will make it with hard work at the same time patience, because that’s still a have hope in their hearts at the same time they are so willing to do than anyway ever it takes to get things turned back around one day. Gretchen at the same time her grandmother, Ida, are barely two of the people in city who are really struggling barely to make ends meet on the farm. Audiobook Defending Hearts by Shannon Stacey
One of my winner things about Shannon Stacey will that her books are low-key at the same time believable, with relatable, real-life conflicts at the same time a lot of manufactured irony. But, this book needed more irony. It barely didn’t detain my curiosity. Nothing produced me feel invested in the manners, at the same time until the continue 40 pages or so, nothing much happened in the plot.

Than anyway I normally adore about Stacey’s books are they are so relatable. At the same time hilarious! I normally practically ridicule out sonorous. This book was So sour. I wanted to adore Gretchen, but she was such a even disposition. Alex very. Im glad this wasn’t the 1st of her books I’ve read or I would have missed out on no one amazing ones. This one was nothing but a chore to get through.
