Okay, so I’ve read J.A. Konrath’s Jack Daniels television series since Hyperion 1st skidded it out in paperback, method back in 2004. Whiskey Sour, Bleed Mary, Rusty Pin – all the method right up to Cherry Bombard. Only I haven’t received around to reading no one of the later Jack Daniels. Mostly, because I am financially-challenged, at the same time I tend to flock my Kindle with a lot of freebies at the same time the occasional
Review fri. But dang it, this was J.A. Konrath, at the same time I really wanted to look than anyway he had been right up to with Jack Daniels. I’ve always admired the method that Konrath has knocked out along through the paradigm shifts of the publishing industry, getting killed down when his publisher dared that between the juicy aggressive fiction of his Jack Daniels television series at the same time the no-holds barred fear of his Jack Kilborn alter-ego that they didn’t wish to appear at the prom with him anymore. Only Konrath didn’t let that finish him. He increased his arm up from the literary mat, shocking a keyboard in the air like a Brute Hogan doom match then and received back right up to his feet at the same time hosted a billion other books indie-style. A while ago I grabbed SHAKEN at the same time I dared bestow it a move. Wow. 1st off, Konrath shook me with that messed-up Tarantino time-line he had going in this book. That were considered about 3 different stories from as far back as 20 years before – all centering around this one sequential killer that Jack had been drinking with. At the same time yes – I meant that pun about ”shook”. I held back on through the wibbly-wobbly time-wimey stuff. I had to hold on. The story – or stories – were considered that quality. I greedy, it held back me. It’s tougher than the premature Jack Daniels novels. I can feel the method that Jack has aged just a little as a disposition. I can look the scars at the same time the hard lessons. That makes her believable, as a disposition. She isn’t all glitzy at the same time glib. She’s hardcore at the same time hard waged war the whole method main. So I enjoyed the heck out of this novel at the same time I am exactly going pick up the continue few books of the television series. Grab it, at the same time read it in one single swallow. Yours in storytelling, Steve Vernon

Shaken audiobook in television series Jacqueline “Jack” Daniels Mysteries
I’m a fan of the television series, but this one took me by izumi with the moving timeframes. I liked the background into Jack’s initial friendship with Harry, then the variant that manage to her eventual move to Homicide with Herb. Going back was a quality manage into the Mr. K variant at the same time Jack’s past with Brotsky, at the same time how they come real circle from 1989 to 2010 at the same time Jack’s nearest brush with a seriously reckless sequential killer. It barely wasn’t than anyway I was expecting at the same time I must have really forgotten where Cherry Bombard left off because I did not understand her at the same time Phin’s connection had progressed that far. I may come in handy to re-count that one. It is that funny to read a television series based in Chicago, where I grew up at the same time abundance of the streets at the same time circles are ones I myself am knowledgeable with. Contemplating Jack’s struggle with becoming a detective, her 1st brushes with evil, at the same time the decision to follow her desire at the sacrifice of affairs at the same time generic are true for abundance ladies breaking into roles that were considered mainly male. At the finish, all though this was different from the past books, I liked it a amazing deal.

Audiobook Shaken by J. A. Konrath
It wasn’t very bad for awhile believed he frequent time jumps were considered annoying right from the beginning. This is that not a long book but I was still finding myself wanting to wrap around more quickly. The continue 5 chapters were considered tortuous with long descriptions of nothing consequential. It really felt like the creator believed the book was very short at the same time forced to barely fill with anything. This is that the 1st I read of the Jack Daniels television series at the same time I had bigger hopes that it could be quality. When I look for an creator to latch onto I read everything I can get my palms on but I won’t be reading one more of these in particular taking into account it is that Book 7. I managed maybe try one more if this were considered book 1 but if this is that their craft right behind 7 no thanks.

Audio Shaken narrated by Dick Knoll Susie Breck
This one was interestingly written. Any chapter toggle switches to a different time in Jack’s indefinite where she was dealing with the killer Mr. ”K”. One is that in 1989. Jack is that still a beat cop working with Harry McGlade at the same time Dt. Herb Benedict has offered her to work undercover as an escort to promote look for the killer. The one more timeframe is that 2007. Jack at the same time Herb are partners at the same time they are this lock up to catching the young man. The continue is that located day (2010). Jack has left the force at the same time has been working with McGlade again as a PI. She wakes up bound at the same time gagged, following a clock count down to her torture at the same time eventual doom. It was actually easy to follow along with the switching back at the same time forth at the same time forth at the same time it was exciting contemplating the beginnings of Jack’s connection at the same time career. As usual, I adore this television series at the same time look forward to the one more one.

No matter what book by J A Konrath goes on my must read list at the same time this was no exception. Seems like Jacqueline ”Jack” Daniels gets more successful with any book. Do yourself a promote at the same time start reading them. If you want to begin in a row get Whisky Sour. That’s than anyway I did at the same time I advise that approach as you’ll get the real flavor of Jack’s developing disposition as the books progress (as but as the other manners).
