But worthwhile, I think. I beheld the movie years ago at the same time I read the book at the moment because I am about to look the movie again. I understand the movie being beautifully filmed at the same time I adored the score, but I left the theatre feeling confused. As I assumed in the title, this is that not an easy book to read: to puzzle out. At the finish, nothing is that as it emerged first. How anybody makes the book into a movie is that beyond me.
But if the book is that problematic to read at the same time realize, it is that beautifully written. The language is that lyrical. At the finish of WWII, a young lady, a nurse, winds up living with 3 guys in a bombed out wreck of an Italian Villa. One is that The English Patient, hideously burnt in a plane crash in Libya, at the same time implied to be dying. The other 3 are also victims of the war, although their wounds might be more problematic to look. The interactions of these four warped survivors are tied into a tapestry as the novel unfolds, charming but, at the finish, still problematic to cognize.

The movie at the same time book are two different animals at the same time they are both masterpieces at the same time can both shield on their possess.
The book is that exhibited in 3 story-lines, independent at the same time intersecting at once. That much disposition development would not have produced a quality movie.
The story lines of Hana, Kip at the same time Caravaggio are as inimitable at the same time exciting as that of the English patient whose story brings them all together at the same time intersect. While the Irony of any of their lives would be a story in itself at the same time the specificity of the English patient, strangely, is that not even needed to for they story arch…it managed have been other things…but the saga of the English patient at the same time the mystery of his indefinite at the same time identity interweaves at the same time drives their more mundane indefinite struggles. It’s story, story, story at the same time the English patient’s narrative is that a most powerful chauffeur.
Missing or short-changed in the movie are the deeper story of Hana dealing with the trauma of her dad’s doom, Kip’s story of trying to navigate the fallout of colonialism, assimilation, identity at the same time the east-west divide, at the same time Caravaggio’s (who’s disposition, along with Hana 1st appear in a past book ” “In the Skin of a Lion”-they really did grow up together in Canada) who connection with Hana is that infused with tenderness but is that confusing to Hana due to unresolved generic affairs she is that still sorting out…at the same time sought out Hana in Italy (not the English patient-but that are connections that they turn up).
Don’t skip the book…it is that a quality read with manners of depth that for you don’t often encounter.

Audiobook The English Patient by Misha Ondaatje
I was very confused by this book. I managed never really figure out why the manners were considered where they were considered, why Hana at the same time the English Patient stayed behind when the others left, who Caraggavino was or why he tracked down Hana at the same time how Kip ended up staying at the villa. It all barely kept blurring together at the same time sometimes I wasn’t even convinced who was speaking. I kept reading hoping that it would become clearer,but no matter how annoying it may sound, it did not. I was barely as confused at the finish as I was in the beginning.

This is that barely about my winner book ever. The writing is that alchemy. Every would-be writer should read it before even thinking about writing themselves. That are not abundance books that make you want to start again the moment for you read the continue words on the page, but I think I have done that two times in my indefinite with this novel. I read this book once a year. It’s simply flawless.
