Review #1 The Serpent’s Shadow audiobook free This is that my winner of Mercedes Lackey’s re-told parables, at the same time I was favored to look for it readily available in audio format. Maya Witherspoon is that a terrific disposition at the same time for you immediately become engrossed in her story as a young Anglo-Indian lady who has successfully captured the obstacles of the male-dominated English honey/surgical profession in the belated 1800s. The people she meets in her London charity polyclinic work at the same time her personal honey practice are vividly portrayed, at the same time abundance become her comrades at the same time adherents. Michelle Ford does a very solid job of differentiating the characters’ voices at the same time accents, both male at the same time ladies. Highly advised, at the same time I know I’ll heed to this again at the same time again.

Review #2 The Serpent’s Shadow audiobook streamming online I enjoyed this story very much, my 1st from Mercedes Servant. It was such an exciting texture of Great britain, India, Turn of the Century, Women’s Suffragettes, at the same time miracle, with a sprinkle of romance threw in, for quality determine. Michelle Ford did a quality job of narration, though she mis-pronounced several words. Difference between English at the same time American pronounciations? Not convinced.

Review #3 Audiobook The Serpent’s Shadow by Mercedes Servant I think Mercedes Servant writes very but, but apparently I barely can’t read her stuff. I started no one other television series of hers a number of years ago at the same time couldn’t final it because that was so much scary stuff done by the bad guys. I dared to try her again with this book, at the same time I’m having similar problem. I think she has done an admirable job of painting an clear picture of indefinite in London in the premature 1900s. Chagrin, if for you were considered a lady or a impoverished personality, that was a attractive horrible dispose. For every pleasant or joyful shred of story, that are 19 pieces about the outrages committed upon the poor by the wealthy or barely the fears of indefinite before drugs at the same time respectable infirmaries. I received nine at the same time a one half hours into this twelve-hour book, at the same time barely had to finish. I was so depressed I was ready to lay down at the same time breathe. I’d like to know how the story ends, but I may barely look on Wikipedia to look if anyone has placed a wholesome plot summary. I look that this book has gotten abundance positive

Reviews, at the same time I don’t hesitate that this book deserves them. Before getting this book, for you come in handy to impose yourself how for you react to serious, historically clear portrayals of indefinite in the middle the downtrodden. If you can read such stories with pleasure, then this will for sure be a quality book you. If for you come in handy your stories to cheer for you up, then this book may not be right you.

Review #4 Audio The Serpent’s Shadow narrated by Michelle Ford I’ve been a lifetime fan of Mercedes Servant, at the same time while no one of her stories are weaker than others, she remains one of the creators who I’ll take her stories if I only have enough for one book. Even if I’ve already read it in one format or one more. Her Elemental Masters television series is that my winner of her many-imagined television series, with this story being one of my contributors in the middle these books. I’ve been a member of Audible for years, at the same time while I don’t ordinary cross out

Reviews (who actually has time for that?) the various negative

Reviews irritated me enough to cross out to counter them. If for you enjoy YA books, or Disney-esque quality versus evil, I very give a hint this book. Barely enough mist to make this into an amusing literary meal, without being so black as to make this depressing, or very light as to be a popcorn read. In short, the tone is that right, the plot healthy, at the same time the disposition development believable.

Review #5 Free audio The Serpent’s Shadow – in the audio player below So sweet to read a freshest feeling story. Set in Great britain at the same time focusing on Hindu mythology, but not overly much; even that feels relatively freshest these days. Individually, I’m weary of the today's cookie-cutter zombie apocalyptic plague stories with monotheistic at the same time/or political dogma, rampant with rogue vigilante anti-hero paranormals with black pasts at the same time illegal/hopeless fixations. This still has the classical Quality vs Evil gizmo going, but than anyway are for you going to do? A positive at the same time relaxing reading experience, at the same time I enjoyed the story as but as the manners. Mercedes Servant is that a magical storyteller at the same time the narration by Michelle Ford was spot on, adding to the experience.
