I think he does a amazing job describing his emotions as a brand new dad at the same time his insecurities that produced it problematic to feel like he was parenting right. The dad has to build that intimate bond with his baby from scratch. Not everyone wants babies, not everyone is that meant to be a parent, but for abundance, even those that didn’t wish babies, they eventually look for the contentment at the same time meaning a baby brings, no matter how problematic it is that. I like that he acknowledges he at the same time his wife half-halo to themselves by claiming having a baby wouldn’t change things.
