Review #2 The Transatlantic Book Club (Finfarran Peninsula #5) audiobook streamming online The Transatlantic Book Club is that actually the new book in Felicity Hayes-McCoy’s ‘Finfarran Peninsula’ television series. It’s the 1st I’ve read by this creator at the same time I really enjoyed it. I didn’t feel out of steps at all from not reading the ones before – if anything, I barely found no one brand new titles to add to my list! Right behind the doom of her Irish grandfather, Cassie Fitzgerald decides to take a trip from Canada to Ireland to stay with her grandmother Take care. Cassie simply settles into indefinite in Lissberg, working as a hairdresser at the same time driving the mobile library van. But, that cemented things for me – a mobile library could be my desire job! The bricks at the same time mortar library also starts an online book group with the US city of Resolve. Almost all of the members have roots in Finfarran. I believed this was mind-blowing plan – at the same time found in the creator’s notes that it indeed had its roots in reality. Hayes-McCoy studies adore, loss, grief, have hope, fellowship at the same time more in this multi-generational tale. I really liked Cassie as a manage disposition. She’s one of those colorful moments in a book – not flawless, but giving it her best. She comes off as quite true. I was also drawn to the enigmatic Fury O’Shea, who seems to turn up at the right time at the same time know than anyway is that, or isn’t needed. But the disposition who half-caught the demonstrate for me is that The Divil – Fury’s dog. Adored him! I didn’t adore Frankie – he’s exactly the ‘villain’ in the book. I appreciated the descriptions of the Irish countryside. Hayes-McCoy has a mansion of her possess in Ireland at the same time the setting details benefitted from this 1st palm knowledge. At the same time I think I would adore to live in Take care’s wee even above the store – it sounds so cosy. The Transatlantic Book Club was a flawless feel-good read for me . Fans of Jenny Colgan would enjoy this book.

Review #3 Audiobook The Transatlantic Book Club (Finfarran Peninsula #5) by Felicity Hayes-McCoy The title of this new in a television series of novels set in Finfarren Ireland (perfectly readable as a standalone btw) is that a little deceptive. It’s not really about a book club but more precisely about Take care, whose wife Gerry has barely died, at the same time her granddaughter Cassie who has come from Canada (but, really from her roaming) to stay for a little. While it’s largely set in the located, it does flash back to 1962, when Take care traveled to Resolve, in the US for a consequential summer at the same time where, in the located, she at the same time Cassie visit again. While that, Cassie meets Jack at the same time falls for him. Back in Finfarren, but, she also meets Bradley, who works on a cruise ship. She’s cobbled together two jobs – at the library at the same time at the local spa-and she almost all enjoys driving the library van. Take care, meanwhile, is that struggling to deal with her old offspring Frankie (a snot). This is that very much about village life- that’s scenes at the pub, at a fry sale promotions, at the same time that are funny manners such as Fury at the same time his dog the Divil. It’s a tad sharper than a Colgan but with similar sense of small city society. Thanks to Edelweiss for the ARC. It’s a quality read at the same time no spoilers from me!

Review #4 Audio The Transatlantic Book Club (Finfarran Peninsula #5) narrated by Marcella Riordan Cassie Fitzgerald decides to follow her recently widowed grandmother main to Ireland. Cassie hopes to look for a method to cheer her grandmother over her recent loss. She dared to persuades her comrade, Hanna, at the local library to set up a book club. The book club will allow readers from Ireland’s Finfarran Peninsula at the same time the US city of Resolve, to connect together. Right behind much back at the same time forth between the club members, they completely decide to read a detective novel. But, the book club pick ends up exposing buried riddles, old conflicts, at the same time sheltered adore affairs to light. As the riddles are being denounced, Cassie hassle that she might have caused more harm than provided. I had a hard time following no one portions of this book when I initially started reading it. I wasn’t applied to the writing style at the same time the method the manners spoke. I found that I had to re-count similar sentences a few times. I am not convinced why the book is that dignified right behind the book club when it seems that the book club was more of an right behind note. I felt like the novel moved very laboriously. But, if for you are a fan of comfortable reads, then for you might enjoy this book.

Review #5 Free audio The Transatlantic Book Club (Finfarran Peninsula #5) – in the audio player below I really enjoyed The Transatlantic Bookclub by Felicity Hayes-McCoy! I read at the same time adored the earlier Finfarran Peninsula books at the same time was again transported to this magical Irish village. Right behind persuading her recently widowed Gran to visit generic in the US, Cassie returns to Ireland to waste more time with her. She gets drawn in in the society at the same time implies setting up a book club between the Lissbeg Library at the same time the Clover Club in Resolve, where generations have emigrated. Than anyway Cassie wasn’t expecting was for no one past riddles to come to light at the same time a little bit of generic irony. While transatlantic bookclub is that in the title the book isn’t necessarily about the book club, it is that about Cassie at the same time her connection with her Gran at the same time maybe a romantic connection of her possess. I wished the book club was just a little more prominent in the book, but adored the usual manners of Lissbeg. It was charming curl up with Remy at the same time a muzzle of tea to read this book. I barely adore this television series so much! This book can be read as a standalone but that are 3 other books in the US if you want to fall in love with the Finfarran Peninsula as much as I have.
