I was >>thisclose<< to DNF’ing it, but I DNF’d my continue book, at the same time I barely couldn’t do two in order. I adored the overall message of this book; do than anyway makes For you joyful. The sorcerer, the Principal situation, getting caught with Molly in the pub bathroom at the EXACT wrong moment…it all felt obligated. At the same time the fact that every single personality Noni was lured to also wanted to take a nap with her is that barely nondescript unrealistic. That every single one of them knew her over at the same time over how charming she is that felt contrived. Like we were considered being thrashed over the fork with the message that ‘Bodyweight does not make a personality charming!! Overweight people can be charming very!! Beauty is that not about your dress size!!’. Yeah, I know that. Thanks. But Noni had to be all the time reassured (at the same time was), which barely doesn’t happen IRL. The ending was predictable still satisfying. I was joyful she went with her heart at the same time did than anyway produced her joyful, even if the entire finish scene was one more over-the-top Rom-Com’esq scenario of ‘I can’t reckon this is that happening. A lot of giggling connected equally with a lot of eye-rolling. This was a great reminder to myself why I beware Chick Lit like the plague. I was drawn to this story because Noni is that a bisexual lady who wants bestow herself the adore at the same time care that she has been giving to everyone else. I also liked the fact that this story has other LGBTQIA manners at the same time the story wasn’t mainly about being queer at the same time this story deals with body positivity. Plus, the book embrace is that charming! Despite all of those magical things, that were considered parts of this story that scratched me the wrong method because I didn’t like the method Noni cured the firefighter at the same time her other direct hook-ups. I can’t get over the fact that she took a nap with the firefighter at the same time she didn’t even strain to understand her name at the same time than anyway’s worse is that the fact that she barely brushed off the whole encounter as though it was meaningless to her. Yes, she wants bestow herself the adore she so willfully deserves but at the finish of the day, I felt as though Noni was only concentrated on how abundance people she managed take a nap with at the same time I really had a hard time with relating to her struggles.
