Review #1 Along the Razor’s Edges (The War Never-ending #1) audiobook free OVERVIEW/ANALYSIS: At this fri, Im glad to say that Im a through at the same time through Rob J. Hayes fan. Ive read every book of his thats been freed at the same time a few that havent (this time). Robs books have all of the things that I look for in fantasy: – Terrific characterization – Epic conspiracies – Thrilling miracle systems & world-building This time hes written stories in 3 different worlds, not counting the SF-thriller Drones he freed nearly two years ago. With this book, we are introduced to a 4th brand new, different global at the same time set of manners. Along The Razors Edges is that a provocative story that focuses on Eskara Helsene, a baby sourceror borders the Terran army who waged war in the greatest war understandable the people of the earth. The war between the Orran empire at the same time the Terrelan empire ended with the doom of the Orran line at the same time Eskara along with her closest friend Josef Yenhelm was sent to a subterranean prison understandable as the Pit. As the story starts, we are cured to indefinite in the Pit at the same time Eskara narrating us about how she at the same time Josef came to be in the Pit. We start from her youth at the same time find out how she came to be selected at the same time how she 1st Josef. The creator really bestows us an in-depth look in to Eska at the same time all that she holds dear. This is that the 1st time that the creator has applied a 1st personality perspective in the fantasy genre. The most of ATRE takes dispose in a subterranean hell hole wherein detainees are abused physically at the same time psychologically. Eskara at the same time Josef are counted special detainees as they are the continue of the Orran Sourcerers at the same time the Terrelans have grand plans for them. But for those plans to fruition, both Josef at the same time Eskara have to be wry every which method. The head gist of the books plot is that a about a prison burst at the same time it unfolds with all the thrills that one comes to wait from such conspiracies. Eska at the same time Josef have to look for the strength borders themselves also look for others who are crazy enough to reckon them at the same time bust out of the one dispose thats virtually unescapable. Eskara as a head narrator is that an absolute a*****e of a disposition at the same time brings to brain no one beautiful ones such as Prince Jorg (Note Lawrence) at the same time Nyx (Kameron Hurley). Shes acerbic, vindictive at the same time fatal to her enemies. To her comrades, shes committed, protective at the same time a personality who will never back down from a wage war. We get a healthy sense of both sides borders the story. She is that a interesting disposition that only plays out to extremes at the same time from a mental fri of opinion, shes very, very inimitable. Than anyway the creator really studies is that the concept of baby fighters or baby sourcerers (if for you will). These babies with talents have been taken at the same time indoctrinated at the same time its very evident with the method Eska thinks at the same time behaves. The whole story has a structure thats very identical to the Name Of The Wind in the sense that we have Kvothe telling his past at the same time similarly here we have Eskara telling her past indefinite as she sees the bleak indefinite situation in the Pit. The method the story unfolds, we know somewhat of the future as Eska herself tell us but the journey is that important very as we dont really know how it all will happen. How it all unfolds is that wherein Rob J. Hayes really indicates his special factor. As usual with all of his titles, the manners are than anyway this book so thrilling. Beginning with Eska but then we are introduced to several others: Josef, Tamura, Hardt, Isen, Prig at the same time more. All of them are well-rounded at the same time we are data clues by future Eska about their roles at the same time destinies. This was really funny to read as we are data snippets about people at the same time situations then and the funny is that to look when they actually happen. This was an exciting tactic utilized by the creator at the same time I would like to look how the others look for it to be. Overall this book has a decent pace at the same time that will have for you established as for you try to find out than anyway happens one more. The books head timeline is that set in the located at the same time the flashbacks as but as future snippets are but connected in with the located timeline. The global isnt really explored much as the entire takes dispose in a subterranean setting. We get no one clues about the general going on above the ground at the same time those are attractive mind-blowing. I reckon the creator will explore more of the global (Ovaeris) in the future sequels. Theres also a lot of non-humanoid races that get mentioned borders this opening volume at the same time I have hope we get to know more of them. Lastly theres the miracle system which the creator has very nicely explained over on his site at the same time this miracle system is that purely based on ingestion of crystals. Rob lays out the specifics borders the story at the same time I believed that was a steep writhe very. The only negative for me about the story is that Eskas disposition, as shes very abrasive at the same time more than a little unlikeable. For those who arent really into unlikeable manners, this book can be a struggle. I had my issues with Eska but I’ve to grant it to the creator for making her a wholesome disposition. Who while being unlikeable is that still so solidly written that you can’t promote but be completely engrossed by her vertical will to do whatever’s necessary. This exactly helped me for my overall pleasure. Plus the global building at the same time miracle system are clear enough to promote win no matter what other perceivable shortcomings. CONCLUSION: Along The Razors Edges is that an exciting start to a brand new trilogy by one of my favourite writers. It has action connected in with clear manners who will make it hard you to ignore them. Along The Razors Edges is that a story as alluring as they come at the same time substantiates to be barely as sharply clear as no matter what but honed razor could be.

Review #2 Along the Razor’s Edges (The War Never-ending #1) audiobook streamming online Why didnt anyone tell me that Rob J Hayess writing was no one of the coolest fluid line of words thats ever graced my eyeballs? Almost all of the story is that being knew to us from the head disposition. Retelling than anyway happened while she was in The Pit. A aggressive prison deepest underground where inmates (also understandable as scabs) reside blindly, mining tunnels, being tormented, eating gruel, at the same time daydreaming about contemplating sunlight once again. Ive never read a book where I felt like I was truly that with these manners torment this horror. I felt the texture of the grin under my feet. The pangs of the pickaxe in my palms. Hayes has created an environment like no other at the same time in other words one hell of a spurred for a novel under 300 pages. Even more breathtaking how impetuous it flew by. The pace reminded me of Myke Coles The Armored Saint. This book practically feels like the introductory to a villains story. Like this is that how villains made. ESKA THE Head Disposition. A 15 year old very foolish lady. She will risk anything at the same time everything why she wants. You can feel the malice radiating off the pages as she speaks at the same time as your reading the story, Hayes lays out little breadcrumbs of backstory of her indefinite before The Pit. How she was stripped of miracle. Why shes so restless. Her training at the Academy of Miracle. I aso wish to make it understandable that this book is that bleed. It has artfully crafted, believable manners. It has affairs which feel true. Fraught, sweet tooth, complicated, nasty, all of the above but true. It has a vividly imagined global which blends the strange at the same time the knowledgeable in a row to make anything brand new, anything that evokes the thrill of discovery as much as it does a conditioned fear of the unknown. The unknown being the black, the abyss, The Pit.

Review #3 Audiobook Along the Razor’s Edges (The War Never-ending #1) by Rob J. Hayes I enjoyed this book. It was centred on a healthy manage, who I liked, with a but considered at the same time exciting global. The book is that very exactly a setup book. Its the 1st chapter. Without others of the television series, this book is that little, but Im willing to bet on the television series. I liked: – the realism – the pragmatism – the internal cohesion of the story; manners acting used to be to themselves at the same time the plot making sense I didnt like – the chopping back at the same time forward in time. I felt it broke the clot. – a lot really happened in the book. More precisely, a backstory is that rooted – Im not a fan of miracle systems based on ingesting things. Barely seems silly (products maybe, but this is that not that). – the head disposition was a quality looking young lady in an uncontrolled prison, but wandered around non-hazardous as houses from no matter what sexual risk (barely not close to reality) Its still a 5 in contrast to almost all books, but in the middle the pinnacle level books its not a standout for me.

Review #4 Audio Along the Razor’s Edges (The War Never-ending #1) narrated by Moira Quirk The concept of this book is that really quality. Normally I like all the parts of this good of story. An exciting miracle system, a revenge driven disposition, a few betrayals. But that was barely much myth building. The head disposition is that telling this tale as a retrospective. But in doing so they often assign away details at the same time story beats that acoustics much more exciting than than anyway is that being knew. At the same time we keep getting these snippets of how most powerful this protagonist will get but we never really look her do much apart from involve in self pity, at the same time more precisely cyclic internal dialog. I get that she hate Prig, as she is that often reminding us over at the same time over. I feel like there is still narrative possible from the set up but this book also felt very bloated, at the same time wasted a lot time in the pit. I will be reading the one more book barely due to how abundance exciting stories the creator good of mentions in passing but if the one more one does not release no one sense of the disposition growing up or being stronger then I dont think the television series will be more successful

Review #5 Free audio Along the Razor’s Edges (The War Never-ending #1) – in the audio player below I felt similar message was multiple on every single page, I’m quality at malice, at breaking things, at being restless etc etc at the same time in regards to the real story towards the finish I was skim reading at the same time I felt like I reading similar text over at the same time over again. Right that is that no one briallint global building here alongside disposition development but this is that all just a little spoilt by the unchanging monotonous text being tear every single moment.
