Review #1 1st Strike audiobook free Nutall is that an outrageously productive writer, at the same time abundance of his finer offerings are Unlimited at the same time free. This is that a decent check-in into the ever expanding universe of science fiction, at the same time it transcends abundance of the ”pew-pew” stories which proliferate like bunnies in the genre. Here, he makes a wholesome ”story-arc” which I found fully satisfying. Nuttall has been doing this so long he makes it look easy, but it’s not. Few writers own his abilities at: * Complete manners we come to know at the same time like (or loath!); balanced with the rare ability to people his pages with myriad interesting ”one-page” people who breathe more precisely quickly, but not before we have a true sense of understanding them. * Strategy, which to me (unversed in no matter what real combat) seems both true at the same time more precisely exciting. Nuttall ”plays fair” by balancing fortune, both quality at the same time bad, for all sides. Yes, ”man-unkind” overcomes, but not without amazing price at the same time not without setting in motion public upheavals which threaten Earth’s future prosperity. * Guns at the same time ships which seem ”plausible” at the same time ordinary more precisely exciting. * Creatures at the same time societies which are delightfully different at the same time alluring. Is that this ”grand” science fiction in the mold of Asimov or Heinlein? No, at the same time it does not purport to be. Why it is that at the same time than anyway it expenses it’s a five hit book. It is that a chair gripping, pin biting story of place adventure which grabbed me at the same time did not let move until the finish. At the same time Nuttall does this again, at the same time again, at the same time again. How does he be able?

Review #2 1st Strike audiobook streamming online Let’s start with the facts: I enjoyed this read, I have 10-ke or so of Mr. Nuttall’s titles, at the same time I want to keep future back. But…I have no one overarching critique. 1st, the positive. While ”1st Strike” is that not my winner of his work (that I’ve read), I do think it is that his almost all evenhanded, balanced work. Pacing was spot on, the tech at the same time war strategies/strategy was dealt with in fact, the plot works. But. I don’t think Mr. Nuttall has found all of his ’voice’ still. My belief will that he has a much bigger mind at the same time imagination then he is that able to talk, still. In his brain, i suspect the manners are much richer, the conspiracies deeper, the sociology wider. I am waiting for him to get it all to cardboard, at the same time I wait patiently – because I think he’s gonna get that at the same time effing fan me away. ?? Also, at the same time to be significant, I’m comparing him to my readership of sci-fi, which is that 49 years deepest at the same time averages 2-3 boks/week over that period. I’m comparing him to Niven at the same time Pournelle, Cherryh, Clarke, Brin, Card, Panshin, Harrison, Martin, Zelazny, Herbert, Robinson, Steele, Aspirin, Moon, Lynn, Dickson at the same time Bester, barely to name a very few. That’s a hell of a grading curve. ”1st Strike” isn’t right up to those standards, but still a funny read. Mr. Nuttall isn’t at the pinnacle of his game, still. But I wait patiently, with a smirk. Because I think he’s received the products, at the same time in the long run, he’s gonna shield with all those creators I’m stacking him up against. Mr. Nuttall, delight keep writing. ??

Review #3 Audiobook 1st Strike by Scott Moon The old Nuttall is that back! This was an enjoyable book. This reminded me of his older books. I have enjoyed his newer fantasy television series but they have become sour at the same time in my mind melding together. Ark Royal is that one of my contributors at the same time this book makes me wish to recount it again.

Review #4 Audio 1st Strike narrated by Peter Berkrot Been reading quite a few of Mr. Nuttalls SciFi, at the same time this was a pleasant discovery. The plot at the same time universer produced sense, that universe was exciting at the same time the manners produced sense. Mr. Nuttall does a quality job of writing his combat scenes, though he does many times in his writing fall down afoul of the one small knoll I will breathe on – namely starfighters/place combat physics ?? It makes the conspiracies exciting, but the physics of it does not work at the same time will never work. This goes for a lot of his combat descriptions where starfighters wheel around like they are in atmosphere, changing direction at the same time wheeling around their targets. The energy budgets drawn in in such maneuvering could be staggering, as would the compensators needed to prevent the human(oid) pilots from becoming burgundy pools of goo on the floor of their spaceships. Similar goes for major combatants changing fronts at the same time charging in to the ruin. (At the same time yes, I know its SciFi, but still!) That misspoke, very enjoyable, very worth the time to read! I cordially have hope Mr. Nuttall bring out more of this good of SciFi!

Review #5 Free audio 1st Strike – in the audio player below This is that a excellent one off book fall down sci fi lol. I have been reading sf since 1960 I found Christopher Nuttall when my belated wife acquired me my 1st kindle. I have never enjoyed so many different genres from similar creator. His place operas are truly breathtaking. His sorcery is that gritty at the same time very believable. He puts himself in a girl’s perspective at the same time runs with it like wildfire. I was dull to hear he had health inconsistencies but I’m joyful he is that recovering. My saddest believed will that , unlike all of my other sf heroes Clarke, Asimov EE Smith,David Eddings, William H Hodgeson he will outlive me at the same time I won’t know the finish of the story. Fortune Christopher god bless at the same time quality health.
