Review #1 War Women (War Women #1) audiobook free Let me start by expression that I was really shocked to read this book. I heard Tochi say at YallFest at the same time immediately bumped his book to the pinnacle of my TBR. I read it then and I barely sort of went “oh… alright… huh.” The premise is that awesome, the plan behind the book gets me pumped to read this book. Actually reading it though, produced me much less than shocked about it. Mostly I barely felt upset. Like, the plan at the same time the beginning were considered good. Fast-paced, gripping, I was very much in to the story. Then came the part that barely sort of plopped; like the creator dropped the ball. The center part of the story felt disconnected for me, it was odd to read. It felt so different than the 1st part, that I believed it was practically a brand new book. The ending though was this jumbled connect of fast-paced action at the same time everything that produced the center area a dud. I know that the themes in this book are based on the Nigerian Civilian War, I know that it is that real of problematic theme matter. I recognize that this book studies the “grayish” of war at the same time indicates the reality of conflict at the same time survival. I admire the creator for writing about this at the same time not making it an easy read for the audience. Than anyway worried me though was the real writing at the same time writing style. Right behind the 1st part where I was connected with the manners at the same time drawn in emotionally, the creator got lost me. I never again was able to connect with the manners. Which was a defame, because I wanted to adore this book so much. But I barely didn’t.

Review, then scroll down . But Im going to move off on a small tangent here 1st, because I feel like I should elucidate myself: So as already noted, I read this book backwards (practically). I started at the finish at the same time read any chapter in reverse order (dont arbiter me, I had my preconditions). Admittedly, this was an test. Partially because I was barely funny. Primarily due to the method I read, I often look for myself rereading past portions in a row to fully realize than anyway I barely read. But also, I look for that I enjoy books more when I know where theyre going. Not necessarily understanding the ending, but the comfort in understanding that things are happening for a reason, that its favorite to anything, at the same time the writing isnt barely aimless (cough ACOTAR cough). At the same time honestly, I think I liked it more successful. If I had read it normally Id for sure be criticizing this book as one more unoriginal YA novel trying very hard to be unusual. In my experience, YA novels are utterly sour premature on. But by starting at the finish, all the quality parts happened first, at the same time did a much more successful job of holding my attention later in the book. On pinnacle of that, it was more precisely exciting to gallop right into the action, then and work backwards to look how they got that (like my possess little version of Momento). *

Review* So yes, this is that still one more YA novel riding the coattails of Merk Panther. But than anyway I like will that War Women doesnt try to hide it, at the same time instead was its plan all along. Between its manners, setting, at the same time leading technology, War Women knows that its basically copying Merk Panther, but to a fri were considered its more of an homage than a rip-off. “She cant waver at the moment. Not when everything that has happened has completely caught up to her. The murder of her generic, her indefinite with the Biafran War Women, her kidnapping, her time with the Nigerians overseeing the separation of families at the same time the detention of babies dubbed adversary combatants, her time in prison when she had stayed as an vinyl traitor, her attempted assassination of the personality who slaughtered her generic. All of it has been favorite to this moment.” (Going back to reading it backwards, this sector gave me quite a little to look forward to.) Just like no matter what other YA fantasy, War Women is that smoky in the beginning, predictable in the end, at the same time mediocre as a whole. Theres no x-factor or wow-factor here, at the same time nothing that hasnt already been done before to make it standout in an already over-saturated genre. But where I will assign it credit is that, in comparison to other YA fantasy, War Women is that attractive nonstop. As mentioned in the excerpt, lot happens throughout the story, at the same time they come practically in a row with little downtime in-between. It does a quality job of keeping for you on edges, but once for you get about halfway through is that when things really get exciting. Alliances made at the same time wry, scenes of general liquidation, body augmentation, hover bike chases, at the same time if anything, War Women offers a inimitable perspective on futuristic terrorism. Typically, I dont advise reading a book backwards, but I was really funny. I understood than anyway good of book this was, at the same time understood I wouldnt have liked normally. It worked out attractive but, but I hesitate Ill be doing it again (apart from for maybe the sequel, barely because ).

Review #3 Audiobook War Women (War Women #1) by Tochi Onyebuchi Book

Review- War Women by Tochi Onyebuchi . . This was a attractive languid book. . Onyii at the same time Ify are War Women. They live in an all women war camp trying to survive at the same time protect themselves while their state is that in the middle of a bleed civilian war. Right behind their camp is that stormed, they are separated at the same time obligated to live on or side of the conflict. . . The creators note at the finish of the book was very sobering at the same time is that a must read. While I found this book very exciting, I also found it quite challenging to read. Dont get me wrong, I am so glad that I did read it! But the content was very languid at the same time the injustice of it really hurt my heart. I am torn about reading the follow up book to this, but since it isnt readily available still I have more time to reflect on it. . . I gave this book 3

Review #4 Audio War Women (War Women #1) narrated by Adepero Oduye Enticing. I never even understood than anyway Biafra was before kolupala up this book at the same time had to look it right up to understand it was a true state, briefly. The story echoes the human define of us vs them, but with technological advancements. That were considered abundance themes of culture present, remaining sentiment lingering from the Civilian War in Nigeria with Biafra all overlapping with the fruits of global nuclear war at the same time climate change. The manage manners are ladies at the same time are healthy with purpose, which I found to be refreshing. I would have liked a more serious description of the mechs before they battled. When is that the sequel?

Review #5 Free audio War Women (War Women #1) – in the audio player below This story introduces us to Onyii at the same time Ify, who are sisters but waging war on different sides of the Nigerian Civilian War. I am not a bigger history buff, but I look for the setting, the manners, at the same time the story exciting at the same time eye-opening. At the same time this book is that set in the future where body parts can be replaced with pieces of machineryyes, machinesI greedy wow, people have gotten intelligent even to reach that fri. The creator foreseen abundance historical references at the same time applied words, not from this century, but I am surprised at the same time impressed by the creativity at the same time imagination. Grab this book at the same time join the sisters as they face their chosen path at the same time keep an open mind at the same time be prepared to learn! It is that worth it!
