I was able to tolerate the immaturity at the same time whininess of Iris until Jude drew a limit about their connection at the same time Iris not only blew right through that limit she also half-halo at the same time manipulated Jude while doing so. In truth, her inner narrative was about lying to Jude about her possess emotions at the same time goals. I practically finished reading at Chapter 11. Then and again in chapter 13 where Iris is that thinking about being dull that Jude had actually set boundaries (without acknowledging that she was not respecting them) while also being concerned about her mother’s opinion about direct sex. Iris is that such a baby that she believed her mother would protest when she offered to cook diner once a week. Once a week at the same time she was living that for free. Such a baby. I feel utterly dull for Jude because she is that going to be heartbroken when this baby decides that being with an adult with trauma is that very hard. Iris should have been a fling. So deplorable.
