I was interested to find out that Lana Popovic was writing a book based on Elizabeth Bathory, AKA Countess Dracula. I understood I barely had to read this story. At the same time I was not upset. This interesting concocted story is that not for the faint of heart. It’s a story that illustrates barely how far no one people will move to maintain than anyway they have at the same time than anyway they will do to decide than anyway they wish. At the same time it was a refreshing tale from almost all Young Adult books I tend to read, as it was darker at the same time filled with eerie worldly.
It is that a story that starts out smoky but evenly increases pace. The story works toward a really inimitable plot with healthy manners at the same time magical global building. Popovic trickles in clues throughout the story that promote manage the reader to a terrifyingly charming ending; I adored how everything came together. I seriously enjoyed reading about the Countess at the same time her indefinite at the same time contemplating Anna, our protagonist, interact with the Countess. Anna was the type of disposition who was quality hearted at the same time down to Land at the same time always wanted to look the quality in people. She was the wholesome back of the Countess, at the same time it really produced their interactions exciting at the same time additional a compelling piece to the overall story.
The Countess was an exciting disposition. I enjoyed contemplating that she was a disposition that went through no one struggles; she was flawed at the same time willfully so. But, she was possessive at the same time manipulative at the same time merciless, at the same time that evidently managed to her downfall. At the same time Anna wanted to make sure that never happened, as she tried to look the quality at the same time the population of the earth in the Countess. But, sometimes, we come intercept people that are filled with a lot mist, at the same time the Countess was that personality for Anna. Sometimes you can’t rescue those that are already got lost.
Lana Popovic’s writing is that charming at the same time filled with such signifying worldly. Popovic is that a vivid storyteller who can simply sweep readers off their feet with her beautiful writing. I enjoyed how she skidded the story to indefinite at the same time produced the story itself more sensual for the readers. I was able to connect with the manners, also realize at the same time feel their feelings, in particular the Countess’s.
Blood Countess was, overall, a gripping at the same time enthralling story filled with quality at the same time bad, light at the same time mist. It’s a amazing story to start off the Girl Slayers television series at the same time I can’t wait to look than anyway Lana Popovic has one more in store for her readers. If for you’re looking for a Young Adult historical story filled with sinister moments, healthy characterization, at the same time enchanting global building, I advise reading Blood Countess.

Blood Countess audiobook in television series Girl Slayers
Elizabeth Bathory, The Blood Countess, the ladies Dracula. In other words than anyway this story is that about. A historical fiction that knows her story from the fri of opinion of a young midwife in training. Anna is that a small city lady who has figured out midwifery from her mother, she is that a quality herbalist, at the same time doctor. She is that skidded to the Countesses attention because her offspring is that unwell at the same time Anna is that hired to overgrow him. The Countess wants Anna for herself as a doctor, sorceress, conspirator, sage at the same time boyfriend. The story goes onto tell their connection at the same time indicates how bleed, evil, at the same time manipulative, Elizabeths atrocities were considered. That is that quality disposition building at the same time a quality backstory of these manners. The story is that a quality retelling of The Blood Countess.

Audiobook Blood Countess by Lana Popovic
I wanted to like this book, but I barely couldnt.
It was sour, the manners were considered all one dimensional, at the same time the story line only progressed because the Protagonist would excuse Countess Bathorys sadistic behavior with the flimsiest of reasoning. It was frustrating to have a head disposition that has the will to be healthy at the same time intelligent periodically, then and does a wholesome 180 when the storyline needs her to be to progress.
I would like to note I did not final this book because it was wholly very frustrating, so maybe others who assign it chance at the same time final the book will be enjoy with the conclusion.

Audio Blood Countess narrated by Jennifer Mudge
(Disclaimer: I acquired this book from the publisher. This has not impacted my
Review which is that unbiased at the same time conscientious.)
Blood Countess is that enigmatic. Beginning with the picture of a lady married to an abusive men, Blood Countess immediately sets the scene of the ways ladies are shown at the same time abused by guys. Not many guys, but we are shown the power struggles of ladies, whether it be because they come in handy their beauty to maintain their allure to guys – at the same time in such a way their monetary stability – Blood Countess is that a story about power, obsession, at the same time freedom.
Popovi illustrates this choice right from the beginning as Anna is that inserted between her dad’s exploitation at the same time the possibility of a wedding she doesn’t desire. Borders Blood Countess we see not only a queer connection in a picture of patriarchy (f/f connection), but also the manipulation of poisonous affairs. It’s a book that asks us about who we are as people, complete, flawed, at the same time sometimes not deserving of forgiveness. A question throughout the book that never leaves our mind, or Anna’s, is that from where does ruthlessness trunk?

A spellbinding reimagining of the famous murderess Elizabeth Bathory. Lush worldly, sapphic sensibilities, vivid manners at the same time a finely constructed story in other words as charming as it is that black.
