Review #1 Nightflyers audiobook free I will for sure decide heat for this, but in all honesty I found this book very underwhelming. I understood it was an old novella of Martin’s from back in his languid sci-fi days, but I had never heard it before at the same time this recording is that brand new. I was waiting for it to come out at the same time was really shocked about it, at the same time as soon as it was freed I shackles my other book on detain at the same time started listening to this right away. Data the synopsis at the same time the implementation, I was expecting a black, sci-fi fear tale, with tones of Extraterrestrial at the same time maybe Event Horizon. I think the summary correlated it to both Extraterrestrial at the same time the Gaping. So I visualized the extensive emptiness of place, strange things happening while not understanding who to hope, at the same time a sense of no one madness lurking barely beneath the surface. This, I imagined, could be skidded to flawless indefinite by Zhora R.R. Martin’s signature grim mood at the same time professional plotting. But it wasn’t like that. The mood was not black, for one gizmo. It was much more like a traditional 1970s place opera, which, to be significant, is that sort of than anyway it is that. This recording is that brand new, but it was initially hosted in 1980. That is that a lot about sex–which was applied as a verb, oddly, as in ”she sexed only once, with so-and-so” at the same time ”they sexed often, but not together.” Not that it matters whether the creator wants to implementation words stylistically to convey a future society different than our possess, perhaps, but I think in this case it illustrates the mood prevalent in this story. People are going around dozing with everyone on the ship, it seems. It’s fine-grained if that’s your gizmo, but again, it barely really isn’t the mood I think was advertised. Also, I have to announce that the plotting fell short for me. A real hour in, at the same time I still didn’t feel particularly drawn in in the story. When for you acc for the implementation (which also built up the fear nuance at the same time left me expecting anything that never came), that’s practically 25 percent. Even once things started to happen, I still don’t think that was much of a payoff for the time invested. I’m not convinced, but maybe this would have been more successful with one more narrator. Ms. Ojo is that very gifted to be convinced, at the same time I have adored listening to her other works, but I think maybe her style is that not particularly suited to galactic fear, if that’s than anyway this was. I also question no one of the accent choices she produced. One particular disposition had a languid African accent at the same time wasted a lot of time explaining the history at the same time belief systems of extraterrestrial races in long, complete definitions, at the same time the accent produced him all but reckless. He started discussing about the cosmological system of no one guys who *might* have been scolded the Nortaluush (delight don’t quote me; this is that practically certainly wrong), at the same time I had to rewind at lesser two times. All in all, I would advise for you to not get your hopes up with this one. If for you adore Martin, then I know for you will move overtake at the same time get it no matter than anyway I they say, but try to be able your expectations. If for you move into it expecting similar things I did, for you will be upset.

Review #2 Nightflyers audiobook streamming online Underwhelming. I’ve listened to it two times at the moment thinking I missed anything. I didn’t. perhaps the reading didn’t impart the gravity of the situation or that was not enough tension built.

Review #3 Audiobook Nightflyers by Zhora R. R. Martin The story itself is that quality, but its hard to get past the narration. No one of the voices that she bestows to the manners barely don’t work. As an example, one of them sounds like they’re recovering from dental surgery.

Review #4 Audio Nightflyers narrated by Adenrele Ojo this narrators voice sounds like she shackles marbles in her onlooker when she makes no one of them. this is that horrible, but it sounds like she is that making funny of at the level of thoughts disabled people. really hard to heed to

Review #5 Free audio Nightflyers – in the audio player below I was hoping for more in this story. Everything I heard seemed like a shortcut. No one ideas or disposition dev were considered attractive but developers. Other chunks of disposition were considered rushed at the same time left me feeling unfullfilled.
