Review #1 The Story Lady (The Story Lady #1) audiobook free Lucy Maud Montgomery’s The Story Lady is that delightful! I adore the method she captures any of her manners at the same time brings them alive through the written word.

Review #5 Free audio The Story Lady (The Story Lady #1) – in the audio player below Generally speaking, this book is that *okay*. It’s not bad. It’s not impressive. It’s barely a story about a group of toddlers on a farm for the summer having discussions about their generic at the same time neighbors, at the same time examining their religious beliefs with the texture of piety at the same time direct curiosity to ubiquitous to toddlers. It’s nothing beautiful, but it’s perfectly readable. The manners aren’t as vibrant at the same time exciting as Montgomery’s other works, at the same time the narrator is that nowhere nearby as enticing as Anne Shirley. That misspoke, for those who enjoy classics at the same time direct stories about routine in the premature 20th century, this book will be flawless! For myself, I’m glad I read it, but I don’t think it’s one I’d revisit.
