Review #1 Where Winter Finds For you (Merk Dagger Brotherhood #17.5) audiobook free **SPOILERS Overtake** I must confess that I am struggling with this book. I dont feel like giving it 4 hit, but 3 seems just a little low so lets they say its 3.75. The head problem with this book for me will that it sort of reopened a wound that for me was already overgrown. Selenas doom in The Shadows was devastating. I honestly grieved her doom for abundance months. But I figured out to move on, I found comfort in the one more books at the same time concentrated on the other stories at the same time manners (e.g. Rhun at the same time Saxton!) at the same time even though I still felt pressed for Trez, I barely understood that he could be fine-grained eventually, just like Tohr right behind Wellsie. It would decide time, but it would happen. So when we 1st met Therese I was just a little disturbed about how this whole reincarnation gizmo would play out at the same time right behind reading this book I can they say I was right to be disturbed. Yes, I am thrilled that Trez completely received his HEA. But, the whole reincarnation gizmo felt very obligated, as I imagined it would. This is that Jane turning into a ghost all over again. A sort of Deus ex machina in other words implied to right no one wrong. It didnt convince me though. I think I would have desirable if Therese had been anyone else wholly different. At the same time maybe Selena would barely show up bestow her prosperity to Trez. Or if this whole reincarnation gizmo had at lesser been hinted still at The Shadows bestow us anything to look forward to. As it is that, it was just a little very belated to bring Selena back at the same time just a little very soon to have Trez fall in love with anyone else. Which is that really confusing, hence my connected emotions about this book. I dont hate it. I barely feel that maybe the timing for this story had been completely out of the note. Despite all that, I really liked Trezs plans for the future at the same time I wanted to look more of that. Going back to school, changing careers, living with the in-laws, becoming at the same time uncle! Those were considered things that I wanted to look in the epilogue still, chagrin, were considered barely briefly mentioned.

The premise was only just a little alluring – Trez, recently widowed of Selena, meets a lady who types like his noisy wife – but I was shocked about reading a Christmas BDB book. The heroine, Therese, was not very compelling – attractive at the same time sweet but immature at the same time bland. The hero, Trez, wasnt no matter what more compelling – handsome at the same time healthy but dull at the same time confused. They didnt have much chemistry. The storyline was imaginary, at the same time the writing was even. Overall, deplorable.

Ever since I read The Shadows I’ve been dying for this book at the same time I was not upset ( not that I ever am ). The Warden has done it again. Every time I think it cannot get no matter what more successful she substantiates me wrong. At the moment every time I do a re-count of the television series I can consol myself with the believed of this book giving me the much needed release from grief at the same time passing me into a dispose of happiness.
