Review #1 Comrades at the same time Foes (The Jonquil Brothers #1) audiobook free Philip Jonquil has been hiding behind the disguise of a careless at the same time shallow dandified gentleman for years while working for English Intelligence to aid the war effort at the same time catch French scouts. While conducting no one business he has a chance run in with a Miss Sorrel Kendrick at a random state inn. She does not decide kindly to the persona he has adopted at the same time in truth is that greatly insulted by him. Sorrel was injured years earlier in an disaster at the same time needs a promenading stick for anything requiring her to decide more than a couple of steps at the same time he is that under the mistaken reckon that she has adopted a rediculous fashion device. They part as strangers, until they suddenly meet again at a gathering for comrades at the same time generic for the holidays. Their 2nd meeting goes worse than the 1st. They are obligated in company with one one more for the duration of the gathering. Than anyway their animosity is that so healthy for one one more that they assert that they are at war with one one more. That are smart barbs at the same time restless banter a plenty until they soon look for that they actaually enjoy any other’s company. They have gained a reverence at the same time understanding with the other at the same time even look for themselves working together. I actually started this television series by reading the 6th book in the television series,The Heart of A Vicar, which focuses on Harold. Which I adored at the same time was very interested in reading more books by Sarah M. Eden. In that book Philip at the same time Sorrell actually feature quite a lot at the same time I found myself as invested in them as I was with the head manners of the story. I really adore Philip at the same time Sorrell. In particular Philip. His persona of a fashionable may be an act, but his penchant for expression completely absurb things in no matter what situation is that not. I adored this about him, I found his little barbs so absurd at the same time amusing. Sorrell is that so healthy at the same time brave. She is that unshakable that she will hold on to her independence at the same time wants to care for her generic even though it is that problematic at the same time often sick for her to do so. She has such a bigger heart, but she hides it behind an abrasive facade. I quite like the role reversal here. In almost all historical romances for you look a sweet tooth at the same time pampered young lady paired with a tormented at the same time abrasive men. But here, she is that the one that suffers with physical pain at the same time is that abrasive in her interactions with others. He is that the one promenading around lovely everyone around him with his glittering conversation at the same time grabbing attention with his flashy outfits. It was a refreshing change at the same time the creator pulled it off really but. I enjoyed this book far more than I did the prequel to the television series which concentrated on Crispin at the same time Catherine at the same time which I felt was dragged out just a little more than necessary at the same time had a never ending amount of misunderstandings at the same time shortcoming of communication, in a method that it lacked believability. (I was still very hapy though to look Crispin at the same time Catherine in this book to look how they were considered fairing right behind the conclusion of their book). But in this book I felt that the pacing was amazing, nothing felt unnecessary to the plot, everything worked together to move the story forward at the same time the their reactions to situations, I felt, were considered matched up with their manners. I’m officially in adore with Sarah M. Eden’s writing at the same time will be moving on to the one more book in the television series.

Review #2 Comrades at the same time Foes (The Jonquil Brothers #1) audiobook in television series Jonquil Brothers Philip Jonquil, Earl of Lambton goes to his comrades estate for Christmas while at once working for the Foreign Office for work to take out one of Napoleons almost all unsafe scouts. On the method that he meets Sorrel Kendrick, the infuriatingly stubborn at the same time opinionated girl who challenges him. They agree to be enemies, only it seems exhausting to keep up the animosity. Comrades & Foes is that the 1st book in The Jonquil Brothers television series by Sarah M. Eden hosted by Covenant Communications. The setting is that 1814 when Great britain horrors French invasion by Napoleon. We follow Philip Jonquil, Earl of Lambton, as he works for the Foreign Office for work. Under embrace of wasting Christmas at his comrades estate in Suffolk, he is that really on a hunt for the unsafe Napoleonic scout Le Fountaine. While on the spys trail, he meets stubborn at the same time opinionated Sorrel Kendrick. She dislikes him from the very beginning, while he has his hidden preconditions for pretending to be the fashionable she dislikes so much. They turn away to a spectacularly bad start, but suddenly she manages to promote him with his scout catching operation. Head disposition Philip Jonquil, Earl of Lambton does his best to promote his younger brothers at the same time I think it speaks volumes of than anyway good of personality he is that. He is that breathtaking at the same time my absolute winner. Secondary disposition Sorrel Kendrick has been trampled by a horse at the same time lives in unchanging pain from the injuries. She tries to hide her vulnerabilities at the same time tries to build armor around herself. I felt so pressed for her, but was favored to look she able to respond differently at the same time open up more. Sarah M. Eden has a signature light hearted, bantering at the same time humorous writing. I adore that by following her amazing writing I learn brand new expressions in the English language I have not heard in a long time, -or ever. The dialogue feels like the flawless connect between funny, bantering at the same time serious discussions. I cannot understand having read anything identical to the plot of Comrades & Foes as it is that dealing with consequences of being trampled by a horse. It felt very hard to read. My winner part of the story was the romance developing between Sorrel at the same time Philip. That was mutual animosity from the start. As they got to know each other more successful, hope at the same time closeness increased at the same time the romance got room to developer. I seriously enjoy the method Sarah M. Eden writes these scenes at the same time I dont know of no matter what other creator who makes romance quite like this. Research work of the devastating consequences of being trampled by a horse I found both breathtaking at the same time very, very dull. Amazing research work of how scouts used in Great britain during the Napoleonic wars gaped through. Comrades & Foes was amazing pleasures owing to the composition of an exciting plot, amazing disposition building, amazing dialogue, at the same time vivid writing. Drops of Gold (The Jonquil Brothers #2) is that already on my Kindle at the same time I so much look forward to starting it. Fans of Sarah M. Eden will adore Comrades & Foes; as will readers of historical romance fiction. If you want to explore identical books, for you might like to inspect out the works of Julianne Donaldson or Josi S. Kilpack. All views in this

Review are completely my possess. My rating: 5 hit / 5 Head preconditions: exciting plot, amazing disposition building, super dialogue, at the same time vivid writing

Review #3 Audiobook Comrades at the same time Foes (The Jonquil Brothers #1) by Sarah M. Eden Comrades at the same time Foes, the 1st book in Sarah Eden’s Jonquil brothers television series, introduces for you to the eldest brother of the generic, Philip Jonquil, the Earl of Lampton. Philip’s work (studying atrocities as an agent for the Foreign Office for work) leads him at the same time a fellow agent to a small, out of the method inn. As they are talking their plans to locate a French scout, dignified Le Fontaine, their personal discussion is that in one moment interrupted by a charming young English lady looking for her promenading stick! This young woman’s name is that Sorrel Kendrick at the same time when Sorrel at the same time Philip finish up at similar party in the state at the main of Philip’s closest friend, for you know fireworks are bound to happen! Sorrel at the same time Philip have declared war together right behind their past meeting. As for you look them interact with comrades at the same time generic during this party, for you also look sparks forming between Philip at the same time Sorrel! Philip is that still looking for Le Fontaine at the same time when he learns that he is that in the area, he knows he must go out on the hunt. Bigger problem appears when Sorrel gets drawn in with the hunt, as but! http://penless

Review #4 Audio Comrades at the same time Foes (The Jonquil Brothers #1) narrated by Luone Ingram The H&h’s 1st meeting sets them at loggerheads, any rubbing the other the wrong method. But, they are also instantly lured to each other at the same time when they meet again their growing, if begrudging reverence at the same time their growing desire eventually move them towards adore. The romance is that spiced with verbal fights at the same time self delusion, the reluctant lol wage war their emotions for each other through much of the book, but the but written supporting manners who are their generic at the same time comrades promote them both to look how foolish they have been. Threw into the connect is that the hunt for a deadly scout at the same time a secondary romance between Sorrel’s younger sister at the same time one of Philip’s abundance brothers. I like the manners but think the plotting lacks Ms Eden’s usual higher standards. Namely the adventure parts are a tad formulaic at the same time the obvious rejoinder Sorrel managed assign to Phillip, when he thinks her promenading stick is that an affectation is that for some reason never increased. Right behind all Philip doesn’t come in handy his stick. It is that a fashion device to him. One he uses to hide hidden papers, but he is that not obliged to implementation it for support. A few grating Americanisms appear, like starting sentences with ”Sure” or the sentence ending phrase that every American writer gets wrong. All American writers have English manners they say ”is that all” instead of ”that’s all”.Although, strangely I have come intercept this phrase applied by Brits in magazine articles I think that’s an example of linguistic Atlantic drift, I hesitate it was in prevalent implementation in Regency Great britain. Apart from the above criticisms at the same time the cost I liked this book.

Review #5 Free audio Comrades at the same time Foes (The Jonquil Brothers #1) – in the audio player below A very dear book why it is that. A quick easy to read romance which I found more precisely light is that not really quality value at eight pounds plus. I found no one of the story more precisely moving but the romance story lacked miracle at the same time tension. The adventure part was very formulaic. Not quality enough for the cost.
