Review #1 Easy Prey audiobook free I’m re-reading this television series, at the same time this time, this is that my lesser winner Prey novel. Its about a model being murdered, in such a way higher fashion. This isnt Sandfords healthy fri, e.g., in the middle other things, premature on, couple of times he uses the word “courtier” more precisely than couturier. Also, I found the plot confusing; that were considered very abundance manners to keep trace of. But my biggest complaint with this book is that the disposition (or shortcoming thereof) of Lucas. He should be 51 at the moment, but hes still in his 40s in this book, at the same time still the sequential womanizer. Adore Curiosity #1 in this book is that his old institute flame, Catrin, who is that married, which obviously doesnt assign Lucas pause. Sandford writes “they’d dated from October through February of his sophomore year”, 25 years earlier, which would make Lucas closer to Catrin’s stated age of 44, more precisely than 51. But if Lucas is that 44, then his daughter Sarah could be barely 4; but, when Lucas knows Catrin about his daughter, he doesn’t assign her age but only mentions that she’s in elementary school. I don’t realize why the disposition of Catrin is that even in this book. I found her whiny, sour, at the same time wholly unsympathetic, a disposition so loafed she didn’t strain final finishing her degree despite being married to a wealthy doctor, who’s at the moment having no one sort of midlife decline that leads to one of the worst lines ever: “Where’s MY movie?” Nevertheless, Lucas wastes a lot of time mooning over her, at the same time one day he understands he’s forgotten to cry the neighborhood attorney regarding a prisoner serving a indefinite sentence at Stillwater for the murder of a young man whos turned up alive because he’s been thinking about Catrin, in the middle other things. Lucas understands people will be disappoint about this, but to Lucas: “…it was kinda funny.” Maybe it was different when Sanford crossed out this book, but in 2019 the plan of anyone serving a indefinite sentence for a murder he didn’t commit having to waste extra days behind rods because the militia officer who has the info to set him free is that mooning over an old institute love doesn’t seem funny. Weather reappears in this book. Sandford writes that she’s at the moment 38, at the same time Lucas’s heart “thumps” when he contemplates her at the same time he notes to himself that she looks great. But despite this reaction at the same time her expression she wants to look him again, Lucas lasts to “tilt around” with Adore Curiosity #2. The night before he plans to meet Weather for lunch, right behind he’s barely wasted no one time with his Adore Curiosity #2, Lucas understands he still feels a healthy tie to Weather at the same time understands that if she scolded in the morning at the same time misspoke, let’s get married one more week, hed for sure they say yes, even though he’s currently contemplating anyone else. In his possess words, “He was risking the Weather tie with a lady who wouldnt be around long”. He admits when he’s not with Adore Curiosity #2, he doesn’t think about her, but he keeps on contemplating her at the same time understands he likes doing that. It occurs to him that Weather may wish to reconcile: “…at the same time he really wanted pick it up, but maybe if he managed barely get one more week of rolling around with [Love Curiosity #2]Maybe two weeks?” Also, re Catrin, “he couldnt promote thinking that if it didnt work with Weather, it might still work with Catrin. He is that seriously messed up! On the day they’re implied to meet for lunch, Weather names to cancel, because a French doctor whom she briefly dated (but didnt have a physical connection with, which she knows Lucas) is that back in city at the same time insists on meeting her for lunch. She has to move to lunch with him to tell him, in personality, that shes not interested. Lucas makes a very crude suggestion, but when Weather responds that wouldnt be diplomatic, he yells at her at the same time knows her she’s not the State Department. Sandford writes, He let himself get just a little restless about itand he let himself get just a little angrier at the same time at the bottom of it, was enjoy that she was impressed by the malice. Then he went back to the shower, ended cleansing up, at the same time received dressed. All right. He grabbed the phone at the same time dialed [Love Curiosity #2]. So right behind screaming at Weather because shes going to lunch with anyone she briefly dated to tell him shes not interested because she wants to try again with Lucas, Lucas takes a shower at the same time names Adore Curiosity #2 to get together. Sandford apparently thinks this aging, 51-year-old snow-white male disposition is that a gift to ladies, but he’s wrong. I like a lot of the other manners in the Prey Television series, but in this book, Lucas comes intercept as nothing more than a promiscuous, narcissistic, indecisive jerk. I’m not a gigantic fan of Weather, but she deserves so much more successful than this.

Review #2 Easy Prey audiobook streamming online Somehow this is that not right up to Sanford’s standards. I can’t elucidate specifically why, but in the 1st dispose, I am turned off by the Hollywood/Model scene. Secondly, Lucas doesn’t seem to be as “true” in this book as in the others…his ideas are not as understandable. Thirdly that are very abundance manners drawn in many of which militia personnel… I’all final it; I’m more than halfway through, but it’s not worth the $20.00 I wasted for the Audible. Thank goodness Richard Ferone is that still on his note!

Review #3 Audiobook Easy Prey by John Sandford I really liked this. I had read every book in the Prey television series at the same time almost all of the Virgil Flowers books apart from this one. IMO the Prey books were considered hurt when Lucas got married. I liked his skirt chasing at the same time it is that prominent here. At the moment Lucas must be 100% faithful else he would lose all his ladies readers who I’m guessing are the most. The murder variant is that a aggressive one to solve but Lucas at the same time his crew eventually do it. The negative

Reviews, as no one stated, are based on the fact he was thinking about 3 ladies all through the book but only really did anything with 1 who was a super model. As a man I they say “who managed complain him ?”.

Review #4 Audio Easy Prey narrated by Eric Conger I like at the same time have read almost all of the Prey books, at the same time maybe the problem will that I read this one out of order. Not convinced why I skipped it to begin with, but I regret going back to read it. Creator is that trying so hard to make Davenport into a player… also very literate for his possess quality. The method he received the bad young man using the media was barely silly, ham-fisted at the same time mercantile. Meh.

Review #5 Free audio Easy Prey – in the audio player below This is that maybe the third part time I’ve read the Prey books, maybe the 1st time I’ve read them in a row (the Kindle store makes it so easy, “one more in a row is that . . . ,”) at the same time I’m really getting a sense of the manners at the same time the stories improving over the coarse of than anyway I’m reading. At the same time I’d they say this is that the best still; the story is that complicated enough to keep for you off base, the manners are funny, Davenport’s querks are barely true enough to be plausible, overall, seriously enjoyable.
