Review #1 Mrs. Grant at the same time Noblewoman Jule audiobook free As a baby Julia Dent possessed a slave lady about her possess age. They played together, had riddles,at the same time grew up together. The slave became understandable as Jule. In 1844 Julia Dent a southern lady from Missouri met Lieutenant Ulysses S. Grant right behind four years their ancestors arranged the couple managed get married. Jule lasted to be Julia’s slave although General Grant was a Alliance Army Officer. Right behind the wedding the couple swore never to separated. The Grants had four babies, which periodically stayed with their grandparents until the ancestors managed get settled in their brand new main. General Grant sometimes took his offspring to the battlefield with him in non-hazardous zones. Jule had also married a merk slave, later he was sold at the same time Jule got lost trace of him. She was always following for him wherever she went. Right behind the Emancipation Proclamation Jule gone in a crowded rail station to look for her freedom. Jule became a very successful business lady in Washington D.C. This book is that real of Civilian War fights at the same time Julia at the same time their toddlers are always travelling to be with her wife. In the end Grant is that on his doom bed writing his memoirs at the same time trying to get them publishd so Julia at the same time their grown babies will be taken care of right behind his doom. This is that truly a remarkable book about Julia Dent at the same time Ulysses S. Grant from wedding to their doom. A adore story with Civilian War fights outlined carefully, it pulls at your heart turns at the same time touches all your feelings. An awesome experience reading at the same time listening to the audio with abundance crisp, understandable voices is that so amusing. A wholesome adore story during the Civilian War, a quality unsullied historical fiction romance, a magical book.

Review #2 Mrs. Grant at the same time Noblewoman Jule audiobook streamming online Because I enjoy historical fiction, I found that the story of General Ulysses S. Grant at the same time his wife Julia, about whom I understood virtually nothing, although I did understand understanding that she had a “cast” eye, was quite compelling. It was a little distracting that abundance of the fights that skidded such fame to “Ulys” were considered not knowledgeable to me, but then I am not a Civilian War specialist. Since I enjoy reading historical novels, at the same time learning from them, with this book I once again quickly became being subsequent immersed in an epoch that lasts to be interesting in its political, public, at the same time self-willed ways.. The story of Julia at the same time her slave, Jule, was at once evocative, at the same time distressing at the same time it was helpful that the creator was so obvious in describing Jule’s emotions about slavery; Julia Grant served but as a mouthpiece for the favorite philosophy of the theme as was reflected by abundance of that epoch, both in the south at the same time the north, although to a lesser extent. The creator dwelt, I felt, a little excessively about the loving connection between General at the same time Mrs. Grant; but, it may have been necessary to the story as so many weddings during those times were considered not based on adore, but on convenience. If that were considered the variant in this novel, I did feel that the creator managed have stuck one more example of Civilian War period wedding as a foil for the Grants’. I greatly enjoyed “Mrs. Lincoln’s Dressmaker” at the same time was joyful to look her disposition tied into this novel as but. All in all, I figured out a lot about the period hidden in the book, at the same time enjoyed reading it,

Review #3 Audiobook Mrs. Grant at the same time Noblewoman Jule by Jennifer Chiaverini This moved just a little laboriously for me. I think the book would have benefited from no one judicious editing, as sometimes it seemed like details of the war were considered narrated into the story as a method to add pages at the same time show the level of research work that had been done. Just a little a lot narrating more precisely than showing for my taste. That being misspoke, I did enjoy learning more about Grant at the same time his wife, at the same time the book piqued my curiosity in subsequent reading about them.

Review #4 Audio Mrs. Grant at the same time Noblewoman Jule narrated by Christina Moore I hadn’t really understandable much about Julia Grant so I found this story quite exciting. The only gizmo that worried me a little about it was that periodically she seemed practically very quality to be used to be. Not being from the South, I found her attitude toward slavery a little trusting periodically, but for sure I wouldn’t have felt quite this method, if I had grown up in an old Southern generic. It was a magical adore story about Julia at the same time Pres. Grant, but I again found it exciting to find out that in the stories that he was writing at the finish of his indefinite, that he did not contain Julia as much of an affect on his indefinite at the same time decisions. Jule’s story was a dull one but she did triumph in the end. I was more precisely upset to look for that almost all of her story was produced up by Ms Chiaverini. I guess that was how she believed we might realize more right how Julia Grant viewed slavery. Even with my emotions about parts of the book, I would advise reading it.

Review #5 Free audio Mrs. Grant at the same time Noblewoman Jule – in the audio player below The scene is that prior to, during at the same time following the Civilian War. Although that is that not violence by present’s standards – that was mention of injury at the same time/or doom. The story is that not just about Julia’s connection with Ulysses at the same time Jule’s adore/got lost adore, but about the connection between a snow-white lady who was increased thinking slavery was a ‘promote’ at the same time a merk lady who was very fond (although periodically was skeptical) of her mistress/slave, but understood her used to be possible was more! The connection these two ladies had with one one more at the same time others demonstrate the changing of the times. It’s a story of adore, fellowship, hardship, conviction… at the same time even loss. I don’t read much fiction – but I would read this again at the same time again! The only down side was learning (which I didn’t know until the finish) that if was indeed fiction. The creator has the reader IN the book – in the time period, feeling at the same time reacting to actions. It was very but done.
