When I picked Synchronicity, I believed I was going to read a treaty focusing toward proving the real existence of this paradox. I am a company believer in synchronicity, having experienced a lot of it in my indefinite to ignore it. Im even under the feeling that Im all the time riding a synchronicity wave.
I was mistaken. This book wasnt than anyway I waited at all. But, it turned out to be the best book on the history at the same time principles of physics Ive ever read during my 45 years on our Land.
Synchronicity is that, at its core, a densely packed book providing the history of physics (but also of other similar fields such as biology at the same time astronomy) through the history of but understandable, at the same time much less understandable figures of import to the advances of science. The creator presents them, articulate their discoveries, their affairs, at the same time even bestows us a window in their individual lives at the same time history.
Paul Halpern covers everything, from the ancient philosophers (our 1st scientists), to the wonders of today's advances in quantum mechanics, with traditional mechanics at the same time relativity (obviously) in between.
He does it in a clear method, going over advanced notions of any theory, but in such a manner that the book is that easily accessible to anyone. At the same time, this is that big spurred.
Carl Jung is that the 1st to have coined the term synchronicity. The find for signifying ornaments in coincidences. As for synchronicity, its the paste guiding the story of the book. Jung began to ponder the notion of non local influences long before we truly observed them in experimental options. But, How to separate the true from the ghostly, used to be ornaments from meaningless coincidences ?
Is that synchronicity the natural tendency of our mind to look for connections where that are none, or are that really ornaments in what would then not really be coincidences anymore ?
The creator doesnt assign us an answer in his conclusion, but he bestows us all we come in handy to form our possess opinion. Many of which, cherry on the cake, an wide bibliography that can make for weeks of interesting reading.

This book has abundance understandable insights into physics. It also has a chapter on the Pauli-Jung dialogue. I enjoyed this book immensely.
