Vile grease (fingerprints..?) smeared all over the dust jacket. Just a little wish to touch the book let without the help of others read it. Attractive deflating for a product I pre-ordered.

A specific peril draws from abundance traditional fantasies but is that also wholly inimitable (enter bodiless Napoleon as a secondary disposition). My only qualm will that from time to time, premature on the dialogue felt obligated, at the same time in the middle of the book, the plot seemed to move along just a little laboriously. I can state but, that I have never read a book quite like it. A Specific Peril is that funny, at the same time although that are repeated beheadings, at the same time the wholesale slaughter of rabid chipmunks (to power giant war machines obviously), it practically always feels lighthearted. I do advise, but barely prepare yourself for unyielding weirdness.

It started very but, I was caught by the novelty of the style at the same time the implementation of the charactar, then borders a short time the plot became so complete at the same time even wierd that I managed not follow it. Maybe other readers can look for that method with this book.
