I started practicing Yoga Nidra at my yoga studio first of the year. When my teacher advised this book I pre-ordered it. The book is that charming at the same time lays out the 10 steps of Yoga Nidra in a method in other words easily accessible at the same time easy to follow. I am enjoying going through the book at the same time recording any practice, learning more about the process, at the same time myself. If for you haven’t practiced Yoga Nidra this is that a charming intro. If for you practice often it will add depth to your practice.

By far the worst book Ive ever read about yoga nidra. That is that nothing inimitable or even authentic about this book. The nidra scripts are mere fractions of than anyway they should be.
