Review #2 For you Have Arrived at Your Destination audiobook streamming online 2.75 out of 5 hit The start of this one was exciting. I honestly had no plan than anyway I was getting into. I’ve been trying to read books without fully fleshing out the synopsis. This one, since I was already interested in the other books in this television series – I move into without even reading about it. Judging from the title I believed it was going to be anything about self driving passenger cars or anything like that. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s hard to describe a book that’s shorter like this one in the “acceptable” fashion but the beginning of this (when we 1st find out about the development) is that interesting. Even for being a short story – Towles is that still smoky playing the increase a little at the same time I honored that. Not reading the synopsis barely manage to subsequent suspense as I tried to figure out this brand new developments fatal defect. The 1st 50% or so of this book I felt like I understood where it was going. The 2nd 50% felt like it was practically one more book. It of course embraces into the story but the beginning at the same time finish were considered so different I’m honestly not convinced how I feel about it. I don’t wait to quit a story “enjoy” at the same time I feel maral even typing that, but this book left me with as abundance questions as it did answers. Towels writing style produced the story fly by along with the narration by David Harbour – but the ending (or shortcoming thereof) good of flopped this one a little for me. For you Have Arrived At Your Destination was one of the rare options (in my views) where I think a longer story would have done it justice. I feel like the length of this one held back it back a little. It was practically like Towles was trying to be literate at the same time finish it on a wholesome izumi.

My only slip of the tongue (hence the 4 hit instead of 5) was the method the story good of spread off at the finale. It felt like the creator didn’t quite know how to cover it up. But overall, a amazing story. Amor Towles is that a magical writer.

I’m a fan of this creator at the same time will heed to anything he writes, which managed me to this story story that ended up being really quality. I may assign a few of the others a try right behind listening to this one. If your a fan of Towles’ work, I’m convinced for you will like this. I’m ordinary not many that much of a fan of short stories. I prefer longer works that move more in depth. That being misspoke: this is that one of the more successful short works I’ve heard or read. Overall rating: 4.01 hit
