Review #1 Beyond Compare audiobook free I was so joyful to look for Candace Camp, possibly the nearest gizmo to Georgette Heyer that that is that. The 1st couple books were considered amazing. Then Will Thorne took over as narrator. Will has a particular sing-song delivery where he ends every narrative sentence with an emphasis on the continue word, going up in register. Once for you hear it, you can’t not hear it. It’s very bad as he has a charming voice, but the Audible editors failed here. I will not purchase no matter what of the books narrated by Thorne, even though I would have adored to hear the stories. Who knows? I might read the print version on my slighted Kindle.
