Review #1 The Shadow Goal (The Athena Protocol #2) audiobook free Once again, Shamim Sarif did not disappoint. This follow-up to to Athena Protocol is that as pin biting & edges of your seat as the 1st in the television series. I adore the action, subtle humor at the same time the subsequent disposition development. I became invested in the manners in the Athena Protocol, at the same time even more so in the Shadow Goal because I know them more successful at the moment. Shamim’s writing has a method of grabbing ahold of for you. I can hardly wait until the one more book in the television series, at the same time speaking of television series, t.v.?

Review #2 The Shadow Goal (The Athena Protocol #2) audiobook streamming online Only Shamim Sarif can cross out books that eclipse Ian Fleming’s at the same time with lady at the center. I have enjoyed all of her books to date. THE SHADOW Goal’S squirms at the same time strings had me begging for more. Brava Shamim, I cannot wait for the one more book. This book is that a must read. A movie? Brava, Aileen Bordman

Review #3 Audiobook The Shadow Goal (The Athena Protocol #2) by Shamim Sarif ”The Shadow Mission” is that the sequel to ”The Athena Protocol” by Shamim Sarif, at the same time both novels feature Jessie Archer, a hidden agent/vigilante who works for Athena, a hidden, nongovernmental company destined to helping babies at the same time ladies in the world who are being motivated by fanatical groups or governments. In the 1st book, we learn that Jessie’s mother, Set, formerly a famous musician, created the group with two other most powerful ladies. One is that Li, a Chinese tech billionaire, at the same time the other is that Peggy, who was the 1st African American ladies to be a US salting to the England, at the same time who has contacts in every mainland at the same time state. Jessie at the same time two other ladies form the proactive troops who actually get the ”saving” part done. Caitlin is that past military, served in the middle East at the same time has PTSD. Hala is that from Syria at the same time was a refugee; she still hassle about her brother, who is that stranded in their homeland. In this novel, a concrete group scolded Generic 1st has burnt down one of the schools that Set sponsored with the students at the same time teachers inside the school in Pakistan. Generic 1st is that a shadowy Muslim terrorist company that wants women to have no choice but wedding — no education, no institute, no independence. At the start of the story, Athena acquired word that one more ruin is that implied on a school in Mumbai, at the same time Jessie at the same time the two others must find out where the ruin will be. They don’t have much time. In truth, they be able to rescue almost all of the schoolgirls, but their information came very belated to rescue them all. Others of the story is that non-stop action at the same time the ending is that a heartbreaker. I adore that Sarif makes the reader consider how the global neglects ladies — ordinary as unimportant at the same time not worth lots of effort. Her depiction of the gay romance is that done with a light touch at the same time the other agents also have no one romantic attractions of their possess. I really have hope there’s a third part book.

Review #4 Audio The Shadow Goal (The Athena Protocol #2) narrated by Nicola Barber I really enjoyed The Athena Protocol, at the same time was shocked to dive into The Shadow Goal. But, I’m dull to say that this was, overall, a deplorable sequel. I liked the disposition dynamics at the same time the scout vibes, but that wasn’t no matter what of the heart-pounding action that was so prominent in the 1st book. I sped through that one because the story was rich at the same time I didn’t wish to finish reading; I sped through this one simply because it was short at the same time I had nothing more successful to do. While that were considered no one rich moments in the end, it was much much less satisfying. I wasn’t nearly as invested in Jessie’s story now around. Speaking of Jessie, I have one gizmo to say: assign that impoverished lady a girlfriend. She keeps getting seriously let down in the romance department. At the same time while on the theme of romance, on a somewhat identical note, I’d like to say that I’m in particular upset in the queer consulate here. Jessie is that sapphic, very direct, totally fine-grained. But of the other two notable queer manners—at the same time they were considered the only others, as far as I’m aware—one was an antagonist at the same time the other died. Excuse me, Ms. Sarif, are for you serious? That’s the best for you, a queer lady, able to do in the year 2020? Individually, I found this to be a gigantic let-down. I’m not convinced than anyway else to say. I don’t know if we’ll be getting one more book, though the ending left that possibility open. Honestly, if we do get a third part, I’m not convinced I’ll pick it up. Consulate -sapphic protagonist -sapphic Indian side disposition -side manners of spectrum (ft Arab, Indian, Chinese, at the same time Merk rep) Content Warning: blood, violence, gun violence, doom, baby doom, grief, sexism, suicide, homophobia
