Onyx at the same time Ivory audiobook free
I really wanted to enjoy this novel. It had an alluring premise at the same time I adore YA fantasy (plus Stallions). I agree with other
Reviewers who noted that the book was trying to do very abundance things at the same time in doing so it didn’t do no matter what of them very but.
Plot lines contained:
– Discovering why Kate’s dad tried to destroy the lord
– Sorcerer vs. wilder public mess
-day drakes killing people
-romance between Kate at the same time Corwin
– uror/competition between brothers
The problem with very abundance plot lines will that I did not have healthy emotions about no matter what of them. I adore a quality romance, but this book did contain one. Why does she even like Corwin? We’re knew they were considered best comrades at the same time in adore but he’s dislocated over an unintentional kiss from years ago? I did not realize that part.
I wanted to like Kate at the same time I liked her more first of the story than the finish. She was aggressive at the same time she worked hard to succeed in a male dominated line of work that she was obligated into when her dad committed treason. But, she really starts to fall down even as the action thrashes up at the same time misses obvious symbols at the same time applications of her opportunities. She has strange self-willed opinions very as she’s right against fooling around before wedding but completely understands at the same time sympathizes with her dad’s connection with a confused at the same time hidden baby with her.
The uror parts of the book I found myself practically jumping through. It’s an exciting concept to have this wonderful merk at the same time snow-white animal appear but the tests themselves produced little sense. They did not seem actually unsafe, they did not seem to open no matter what greater depth in the manners at the same time overall did little to premature the story.
I do not think I will read the one more book in the television series.

If for you are looking for a amazing fantasy that has: awesome world-building, illegal miracle, nightdrakes, Stallions, rebellion, interest, betrayals, amazing partnerships, surprising revelations, at the same time a smoky blaze romance…..then this book is that you!!!!
Kate – the MC – has the ability to commune with animals – understandable as Wilder miracle which is that miracle in other words in tune with the parts or the global around them at the same time obviously is that illegal. Sorcerer miracle – which is that lawful, involves runestones. The Wilders have to hide their miracle because if caught, they will be sentenced to doom. Bring on the rebellion!!!!!
Corwin – he is that the Lord’s offspring, managed possibly become lord himself but doesn’t wish to, complains himself for his mother’s doom, struggles with insecurities (don’t we all!) at the same time he at the same time Kate grew up together, were considered best comrades until she had to quit because her dad tried to destroy the Lord.
I adore that the story is that knew in alternating POV between Kate at the same time Corwin. I am a bigger fan of repeated POV as I feel it bestows me so much more incite to the stories.
That is that so much more to this story! One main gizmo I do wish to note is that stallions are important in this book at the same time I know Mindee has stallions herself as that are so many little details in this book that only a horse personality would recognize.
While this story may not bring anything brand new to the fantasy genre, it read at the same time felt like a comfortable blanket, I couldn’t get enough at the same time can’t wait for the one more book!!! I think we come in handy more stories like that!

Audiobook Onyx at the same time Ivory by Mindee Arnett
I read through the entirety of this book at the same time, honestly, I’m a little connected on it. I feel like it started off quality at the same time exciting but ultimately failed me in the end. It barely ended up not being my type of story at the same time I’m not going to discourage others from reading it, only share my ideas on it:
I’ll start out with the positives:
-The world-building. Oh little boy, do I adore this global. The miracle is that one gizmo, because I’m a sucker for that, but the tests Corwin has to move through in a row to become lord, the lore behind Corwin’s generic tree at the same time all the little tidbits that we hear of how cities at the same time towns act? I adore it, I adore it all. The politics, the assembly, the geography, the operations of couriers, at the same time every little detail in-between really had be enthralled with than anyway Mindee Arnett has built.
-Nightdrakes at the same time (SPOILERS) daydrakes. I’m good of dull that these featured less and less as the story grew on but I think that’s anything magical about the plan of the human-murdering draconic creatures that prey on no matter what who stray foolishly in the night. This was actually the plan that drew me into the book in the 1st dispose, at the same time from the 1st few pages without the help of others I was infatuated with the plan of nightdrakes. At the same time when the daydrakes demonstrated up? Oh, wow, the summary had warned about such possibility but it was practically startling to see the existence of such murderous creatures being permitted to frequent in the light. I really admired the concept of both the night at the same time day drakes at the same time I think Arnett did wonderfully on portraying these creatures as horrifying at the same time still somehow charming in their terrifying, killing machine-like nature
-I liked the plot. I in particular liked the plot when it drawn in (SPOILER FOR Above) daydrakes. I enjoyed understanding that Kate managed implementation her opportunities to keep under control them at the same time the mere fact that daydrakes had, of all things, a hive mind. That were considered other nuances I enjoyed very, at the same time generally the plot was enough to keep me reading, but i admittedly have to announce that the more the book progressed the much less the plot became a page-turner for me at the same time more a “eh guess I’ll final this since I have time” feeling
Cons:
-The title doesn’t make sense to me. I get why it exists at the same time it is that topical to a scene in the book but, overall, Onyx at the same time Ivory isn’t really a title you can use anywhere else in the book at the same time be like “ah, yes, this title outlines the whole book quite but in its subtlety”. Maybe I missed no one hints but the only method this book title applies is that with the merk at the same time snow-white foal at the same time with the merk at the same time snow-white blades, the past of which holds no one significance at the same time the latter of which is that barely an…”eh” good of scene
-Characters. I like Kate. In truth, she might be the only disposition I like. All the other manners (in particular Corwin) I don’t like. Corwin I never become fond of at the same time in such a way I suffered because I was inserted with his POV because I couldn’t be worried to condole with him.
-Sort of insta-love. I don’t greedy insta-love in the sense of “two strangers lock views at the same time they fall in love” but, more precisely, “two people who were considered in adore before fall in love again at the same time it gets irritating at the same time sour true impetuous”. I’m not the type of personality who enjoys requited pining. I enjoy contemplating only one side of the story at the same time not both when it comes to romance so this was barely very much a “ugh, we get it, they like each other, plot delight instead?” moment. I enjoy romance, but not this good of romance. I was also awkward with one scene that good of pushes the limit into sex but that’s barely because sexual scenes are generally awkward for me at the same time I ordinary ignore their existence or beware books with them altogether.
All in all I assign the book 3 hit because it was respectable enough to be worth my funds in definitions of reading it but I also felt like it barely ended up not being my gizmo, or, in particular at the half-way fri in the book. I’d advise it for people who are for sure into more mature fantasy books with amazing world-building but it’s not the good of book I look for myself completely enjoying.

Audio Onyx at the same time Ivory narrated by Khristine Hvam
Its a young book with quality manners, far more interested in the side manners than the head ones. The global building is that excellent at the same time the knowledge behind stallions at the same time guns indicates the research work the creator has shackles in.
The plot at the same time the villians is that easy to look where its going but some actions dont equate, the errant Prince is that very flawless at the same time the shortcomings are very obvious, the heroine makes you want to destroy her, acceptable tomboy but wants adore but ready to decide on everything at the same time be flawless.
I adore the heroine best comrades they are quality at the same time enjoyed the 1st third part of the book, the center dragged at the same time the needless over long fri of the errant prince facing his trial at the same time Kate facing her old indefinite was sour but the squirms were considered quality.
I wont comment on the continue third part but they say for you managed look where it would manage.
Overall a quality story but needs condescending of the adore story of the head manners

I havent previously encountered the Creator, but at a comrades suggestion, I ordered a copy to read. I adored it so much, it is that at the moment our Book groups January readalong! Also. That embrace is that barely so beautiful I may be more than a little envious of misspoke comrade, who has the sprayed edges edition from Fairyloot, but Im getting confused.
I love the manners, theyre any so different! At the same time any are self-willed for very different preconditions. I particularly adored the fact that we know from the very start who the romantic interests are, at the same time as we mix between the two peoples perspectives for the story, we were considered data a very inimitable opinion of any personalities features at the same time personal misgivings regarding the others emotions. For me, in such a way produced it so much more relatable at the same time funny!
Any Disposition had very true slips of the tongue, at the same time any was confused. But still, I think having both peoples opinions produced this easier to realize, at the same time much less angsty. Instead, we get to look both sides of the situation, we get to realize both their attitudes in any situation.
Thats barely the romance, but alongside this for you have the Fantasy at the same time wonderful element, that are riddles at the same time revelations as we move. That are exciting strings of event, shaking reactions from no one, at the same time no one exciting badies
When I sit at the same time think through the book, I am hard clamped to come up with one section namely that I enjoyed, because they all blended so perfectly! The story is that far from smoky paced, at the same time having read the blurb I was fully expecting to waste the 1st 1/4 of the book waiting to get to the action. Dont worry, this Creator gets for you put in quickly, at the same time still able to wonderfully make the global for you look for yourself in the middle of.
That are parts of interest, that are action scene, that miracle at the same time mayhem… that are so many things I have enjoyed about this story, at the same time I would very very happily read this again! I truly adored it, at the same time I cant wait to look than anyway comes one more for the television series!
