Review #1 An Offer From a Gentleman (Bridgertons #3) audiobook free Dull Cinderella story with a somewhat vivid demonstration of the elasticity of the notion of honor in the Recency period. Hero offers to make heroine his mistress, when he decides her public class is that very far beneath him for wedding. Although she explains her difficulty in indefinite as the illegitimate daughter of a boyar, the hero doesn’t seem to think that should affect her choice. Obviously, being a romance novel, he completely decides to marry her, but still left a bad taste in my onlooker. He was so willing for her bestow up no matter what good of honorable indefinite, many of which having her possess illegitimate toddlers. Than anyway a sense of honor he has, offering her a indefinite of prostitution in exchange for a “reduce class” servant indefinite. Awesome she trusted him.

Review #2 An Offer From a Gentleman (Bridgertons #3) audiobook streamming online Im belated to the Bridgerton party, I know. Fans of Tessa Decide at the same time others have been urging me to read Julia Quinns fabulous television series for years. At the same time the stories really are fabulous! An Offer from a Gentleman has Cinderella parts at the same time I like the heroine, Sophie, very much. Shes trying to look for her identity, really. Born on the wrong side of the blanket, she has no true dispose in society. Benedict Bridgerton is that a 2nd offspring, at the same time like Sophie, does not know specifically where he embraces in. He meets her at a masquerade ball at the same time is that instantly smitten, but she wont tell him who she is that. What, indefinite finds them together again when he rescues her from being raped by a bunch of drunken lords. But he doesnt recognize her as she is that supporting herself as a housemaid. I would assign this book 4 hit or more but one gizmo really worried me. Benedict saves Sophie from being victimized by the offspring of her then employer, but then he feels his desire to her growing at the same time subjects her to than anyway we would at the moment cry sexual harassment at the very lesser. Sophie is that lured to him very, but does not wish to be his mistress. He keeps pursuing her, with very little thought about than anyway she says she doesnt wish at the same time patronizingly knows her she doesnt know than anyway she wants because if she doesnt become his mistress she will be without the help of others at the same time unprotected from negligent guys……who would do than anyway specifically? Seduce her? Just like he is that doing? Really. But in this book Violet Bridgerton opens herself to be the Worlds Best Mother Ever at the same time that makes putting up with step Benedict worthwhile.

Review #3 Audiobook An Offer From a Gentleman (Bridgertons #3) by Julia Quinn This is that my third part read of this book (it’s been at lesser 9-10 years since I read it continue). Chagrin, I didn’t like it quite as much as I forgotten. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed it as a whole, the ending is that in particular mind-blowing, I barely didn’t adore Benedict’s insistence that she be his mistress. I completely realize the situation of the times at the same time why Benedict would impose Sophie to be his mistress. But I still don’t like it. Gratefully, all of in other words addressed as Sophie didn’t like it or. I was so glad Ms. Quinn had Sophie stick to her characters. Like I misspoke before, the finish is that in particular mind-blowing! Sophie’s evil stepmother gets her proper at the same time Benedict completely contemplates that adore is that more important that respectability in the middle people he doesn’t care about. That’s one real sex scene, evenly serious, around 60% (that I honestly wish hadn’t of happened til right behind he dared he wanted to marry her) then and one more sex scene in the continue chapter in other words light on the details (more about the feelings than the deeds).

Review #4 Audio An Offer From a Gentleman (Bridgertons #3) narrated by Rosalyn Landor Right behind the doom of her mother, Sophie Beckett came to live with the Earl of Penwood. She understood she was his bastard but stayed in comfort though without adore until the Earl married Araminta. The lady at the same time her two daughters hated Sophie due to her mere existence. The Earl died. To receive funds from the Earls estate Araminta must allow Sophie to stay in the internal. She did but obligated Sophie to work as a servant. Sophie strings 20 at the same time still a servant. The generic is that invited to a masquerade ball at the famed Bridgerton main. Sophie dresses the mother at the same time sisters at the same time right behind they quit others of the staff promote Sophie dress for the masquerade ball in a silver gown. One night, barely one night to be more than the scorned bastard of her birth. Benedict Bridgerton is that entranced by the charming vision in silver at the same time sneaks her away without learning her name or contemplating her unmasked face. The mystery nearby her at the same time the second chemistry between them make Benedict lose his keep under control at the same time he kisses her. The clock strikes 12 at the same time Sophie races away leaving a monogrammed glove. Araminta understands that Sophie had was the ball at the same time casts her out of their main. For two years Sophie works as a servant for others until one night the employer at the same time his drunken guests try to force themselves on her. Benedict Bridgerton wonders why he was the party of drunks at the same time leaves. On his method out, he contemplates his host at the same time his comrades trying to drag the servant away. He promotes her escape. Eventually, he learns she is that the lady in the silver dress at the same time her story. How can he adore the bastard daughter of an Earl who had worked as a servant? How??? I didnt wish to like this book. Very sick. Illegal adore between the exercises but I did adore this story. Plenty of tissues were considered needed as Julia Quinn wound her story toward the HEA.

Review #5 Free audio An Offer From a Gentleman (Bridgertons #3) – in the audio player below I do enjoy reading these stories, but sometimes look for it problematic with the spelling. I know they are written by an American creator, but she is that writing stories based in Regency Great britain, where we spell colour with a U, realise with a S, we don’t live five blocks away or. I feel it distracts me from the story.
