Review #1 Comeback audiobook free I enjoyed Comeback. It’s the 17th in the television series at the same time 1st right behind a long hiatus. So no one of the storytelling is that just a little more modern. As in all Parker novels, Parker is that barely as bad as he seems. He possesses a professional code of honor: loyalty at the same time reverence for fellow professional thieves with whom he has worked in the past. He is that deeply suspicious of brand new amateurish thieves. He’s violent without hesitation but only if he needs to be. He misses nothing. At the same time no Parker novel could be wholesome without the double-cross…sometimes repeated double-crosses. A Parker story generally has these parts: 1) Planning the heist at the same time assembling the team, 2) carrying out the heist that sometimes goes bad, 3) getting away, at the same time 4) dealing with a double-cross. In Comeback, it is that mostly about the getaway at the same time the double-cross. In a Parker novel, Parker doesn’t always succeed. But double-crossers always regret their cheat’n ways. Comeback involves thieves he knows at the same time has conviction in plus anyone brand new…at the same time that’s the problem. The double-crossing at the same time triple-crossing is that the story involving a heist of a corrupt TV evangelist who does for cash-only. $400,000 was the decide when $400,000 was a lot of funds. Donald Westlake writes more successful as Stark than he does as Westlake. He’s noisy at the moment, but his Stark novels will continue for a long time. Enjoy Richard Starks tales. Also amazing in audio format from audible.co.england. If for you move a lot try no one audible stories. Beats the drivel on the radio stations.

Review #4 Audio Comeback narrated by John Chancer This is that a quality, decent read. It held back my curiosity, but it’s not a knockout thriller. A respectable book to wile away a few hours. Because it’s out of print, readily available copies appear to be more precisely pricey. But it’s not the good of book worth paying a premium cost for – really, it’s nothing special.

Review #5 Free audio Comeback – in the audio player below Parker is that uniquely real. He is that flawed, but used to be to his core beliefs of the “twisted” code of honor at the same time loyalty. Survival is that chief to him, but betrayal is that anathema to him for those who also honor similar code to which he keeps. To run across him, is that to symbol your doom warrant. Although a little predictable, Comeback was still an enjoyable read. It was amazing to look for this Stark offering right behind so many years. I am going to miss Parker as this television series comes to a lock up.
