Review #1 Notes on a Nervous Planet audiobook free As anyone who suffers from depression at the same time unrest, Matt’s writings promote in letting Me know that I’m okay. This book is that specifically than anyway I needed to read. We are living in a time in other words hard to realize at the same time sometimes letting move is that necessary, but not to the fri of recklessness. Matt seems to always look for the right method to pinpoint the struggles of abundance at the same time he has the ability to make us feel like we are wrapped non-hazardous in a warm blanket. Sounds corny, I’m convinced… but I honestly having a hard time writing this without sobbing as it truly skidded a some type of peace to my soul. Thank for you Matt. xoxo

Review #2 Notes on a Nervous Planet audiobook streamming online I barely read Notes on a Nervous Planet, at the same time if I had to select one book to sit on tables in doctor’s classrooms, psychological health facilities, odontologist’s classrooms, salons, that fool spare room at the mechanic’s one more to the vending machine, or anywhere else anyone is that left waiting… it could be this one.

Review #3 Audiobook Notes on a Nervous Planet by Matt Haig As we swim in lifes oceans for we should, we should, they are part of the beauty that heals us. As we swim we must perceive the waves at the same time let them be waves. Out of our keep under control at the same time not meant to be swallowed by osmosis. Coughing them back up stings. I adore this book, thank for you.

Review #4 Audio Notes on a Nervous Planet narrated by Matt Haig While this collection of short essays at the same time random still compelling commentaries on our culture is that marketed towards “those who suffer from unrest at the same time depression” – that’s ALL of us to one degree or one more. Such “ailments” are at epidemic levels in our culture (no, not our state, or our society – but by our entire western global CULTURE. Why? Because inherently we Know that we’re on an unsustainable path, at the same time that science at the same time development will NOT rescue us from ourselves. But Haig’s ubiquitous sense essays recall us that WE’RE not crazy – that the global Is that crazy – at the same time our reaction to that (unrest) is that Normal – but that doesn’t greedy we have to be sucked down into insanity with it. Barely that very notion that WE are in charge of how we think about ourselves, at the same time the global, provides the calming sanity in what one can recognize that unrest happens when we reject than anyway we inherently know to be used to be. Barely because we live in a crazy culture doesn’t greedy we come in handy to perceive it – or medicate ourselves be it with anti depressants, anti-anxiety meds – or obviously the innumerable other products many of which alcohol we implementation to stiff our senses enough to perceive a crazy global. We can recognize that our culture is that crazy at the same time make the choice shield outside of it even as we are obligated to live borders it – at the same time work to make a brand new culture that embraces simplicity at the same time sustainability. We can minimize those things like cellphones unchanging intrusion into our lives – at the same time recognize that we have NO plan than anyway we’re doing to a generation of kids being skidded right up to opinion the global through their cellphone cameras at best. Haig touches on So many themes – at the same time while his chapters might be 1 or 2 pages long in a book that can be read in a weekend, it SHOULD foster a lifetime of contemplation of recognizing that we’re not quite as evolved as we think we are as a species – but that we ARE experiencing an waking up that can return sanity at the same time sustainability into an unrest cultivating culture. Bravo Matt Haig & thank for you!

Review #5 Free audio Notes on a Nervous Planet – in the audio player below This book was imagined by a doctor at the same time it opens your views to abundance things happening in our global that we are oblivious to. I connected with abundance of the concepts at the same time themes Matt Haig talked. It felt like I was reading about experiences I have had individually. Notes on a Nervous Planet was the 1st book I got the chance to read for enjoyment in quite no one time at the same time it sparked my desire to read again.
