Review #2 Michelangelo, God’s Designer: The Story of His Ending Years at the same time Greatest Masterpiece audiobook streamming online The Audible blurb for this book highlighted Michaelangelo’s work on St. Peter’s as the head theme of the book. For real only about 1/4 to 1/3 of the book is that devoted to St. Peter’s. The creator doesn’t even get to the theme until the third part chapter. The remainder of the book covers Michelangelo dealing with old age, the workings of the Vatican at the same time the Popes, at the same time others of Michelangelo’s belated works. If in other words than anyway for you are interested in, then for you will enjoy the book. Since I was expecting more about St. Peter’s, I wasn’t captivated by it.
