I realize insecurities, we all have them, but the level of whining at the same time wallowing in this book was reflective of anything for you’d look in a YA novel, not anything about a lady who has had practically 40 years of indefinite experience. I had a horrible chief in my 30’s at the same time struggled to be able it, but I was at the BOTTOM level, not a senior level employee who was offered a VP position at the same time turned it down. It is that completely unrealistic that this disposition could be so mousy with anyone who is that practically 2nd fiddle. Also, why does she never speak to senior management about the issues she’s having? The other employees speak about the fact that they’ve gone to management.
